If the line is -3 this would be typical of linesmakers. DUKE is a name team, and people who don't know their basketball and just take DUKE, will like the 3 points.
Having seen them play today, I'd say UCONN will also blowout DUKE. This will be a clinic.
I do think ASU played well, even tho they have no go-to scorers. But good D just lets you hang around. Noone could score for them. This will NOT be the case vs the HUSKIES--obviously.
Every bet has doubt. Every team has an off night. But think about it. UCONN playedtheir best game--they are motivated in a showcase game vs DUKE, and made LSU look like a jv team--and lsu they also tried to play "methodically"--it's easier said than done. Huskies often score in less than a second off a turnover--and DUKE had too many of those tonight.
It doesn;t make sense to fade a top ten team, but sometimes it does. DUKE will be cold from 3 pt land--they look unsettled way too easy.
I just wish the gambling Gods would make DUKE a favorite---oooh man, please.
