Kansas JayHawks +5 -105 10,500 to win 10,000

Jayhawks shoot nearly 58% from the field. An incredibly understated aspect is over 40% from three pt land. I'll gladly take 5 and pray it goes down to the wire or Kansas wins outright. 

   And for those questioning my amounts- this isn't my normal bet. At all. However I've bet this much many times and when I was much younger have posted 3500 parlays and 3500 live bets on halves. I am not trying to brag but sincerely I can't stand the peasants who question others amounts. Who cares I just care about the pick. However this is a Championship game and I really like this bet.

I can't lie this will hurt if I lose. But I believe in this play. 

Quite honestly I cant think of anything dumber than betting against Villanova. Especially for that amount. You must seriously have a death wish. Villanova is, hands down, the best team in college basketball. They are good everywhere. 6 guys shoot 40% from 3, they can all put the ball on the floor, they can all switch everything on D. Nova is #1 in o-efficiency and #12 in d-efficiency. They rebound, the shoot FTs at a high clip, what dont they do well? They are also #1 in d-efficiency over last 10 games since getting healthy for the first time all year. They are basically the best offensive and defensive team in the country at the moment. They shot 4-24 from 3 against Texas Tech, a team who beat Kansas by 12 on the road...and still beat them by 12.  Nova is going to use Spellman and Paschall to drag 1-legged Azuibuke 20 feet from the rim, opening up all kinds of driving lanes for the other players. Kansas doesnt have any such exposable matchup on the other end.  By the end of the 1H you will be trying to get out of this wager.  The line is what it is for a reason. I know Kansas has name cache and they just beat Duke so thats fresh in your mind but Nova is the exact opposite of Duke. Duke is wildly inexperienced and plays a passive zone. Nova is stocked with experience and plays in your hole man to man, forcing teams off the 3pt line. Tmrw you will understand what I have been saying all season about Villanova. They're cutting down the nets again, and I dont suspect any of their games to be incredibly close by the final buzzer.

Rzagza - I can agree with you on most of your post and very well could lose. I'm up this year in basketball 12,300 - and am risking most of my winnings on one game. That is horrible money management. Also I know Villanova is #1 in offensive efficiency , Kansas is 5th. Also the athleticism of Kansas and the drive they have give me a damn good chance this could be a close game. I truly do see your points in the regular season but this isn't the regular season. Sure Nova is great but Kansas is up for this game 

Also, as far as Texas tech, they don't have the scorers kansas does. I just believe 5 points is too much and even if I lose my pick I'm not some sheep picking them thinking it's ridiculous. I understand why Kansas is an underdog. But if Nova was -1 they would be pounded. -5 is a good line. I just think Kansas can surprise Nova and it's 5 on 5 out there. Kansas is 9th In 3  percentage 6th in fg % has 2nd toughest schedule. They have a shot to keep this close. Good luck

Rzagza- do you also think Villanova would beat golden state? I’m surprised Villanova isn’t undefeated tbh the way you’re talking about them. Maybe they’re the greatest college basketball team of all time 

Villanova lost 1 game all season at full strength, at Butler, when Butler shot 15-21 from 3.  Their other 3 losses were when they were down 2 starters - Paschall and Booth.

At full strength they: beat Gonzaga by 16, Texas Tech by 12, WVU by 12, all nuetral courts, beat Xavier by 25, and again by 16 on the road.  Good luck. You'll need it. 

Nova is good but kansas is getting disrespected.. kansas is peeking at the right time and are way better then they were at any point reg season.. they still won 14th straight big 12... and won the tourney Without doke.. malik newman is a top player over past month he really put it all together and graham has yet to have a good game this tourney shooting the ball.. kansas is the team who can take down nova.. again nova is good.. kansas has the team to win.. battle tested and heart to win.. hell of a game coming

I lost one game. And north Texas proceeded to win the next two games. Big deal. That was a "max play " of 2,500. I lost do you ever lose ? You've been on here a week and determine credibility off one thread? Well I've been here 8 years and have been gambling heavily since 15. I don't really need to lie on an anonymous forum. I am honest and I always have been. Go Kansas. If I lose I lose. And I'm up about 2k on the year in hoops. If I win I'm up over 22k. Either way it's better than you.

Second. 2500 was my max college basketball play this year. This is a big deal to me. It's not even my favorite play of the year. It's just likely my last big play and my biggest bet ever on college basketball. I've bet much more on football particularly Alabama because I'm an auburn fan and am not biased and respect Saban and used to run 13th street years ago. The majority of your original post was about the amount you are betting......You also made sure to include the amount in the title........You are the one who was making a big deal about it.....

if you don't care why are you commenting ? I post it cause it's a big stressful bet and I like the Comradary when people actually support you.

Im just trying to help you out.........The vast majority of people do not post the amount in the title......They also do not spend more time discussing the amount than they do the actual bet.

Just saying if you do not want people focusing on the amount then dont make it the focus point of your post.
