Gee, winwiththehook, your insight really has me questioning whether my team is going to win or not.
What is your logic to KU playing their best game of the year. A hunch? You are obviously not familiar with this matchup at all. Now, I am not saying that KU is going to win or not, I am saying that your theory on KU rolling with absolutely no supporting information makes you look like a dingle berry.
Bramlage (The Octagon of Doom") is going to be rocking tommorow evening. Rocking! I am anxious for the nation to see how crazy our fans are and how much of an impact it will throw into the game. Your nuts to say that GayU is going to roll. Idiot!
Go Cats!

I would agree the atmosphere was insane in that game.....it will be exponentially crazier for this one.

If it opens at that I see it swinging toward K-State very quickly. I think it opens at around Kansas -1

Uh, Oke State is not a bad team Poison66...They are a tournament team that came into our house and played well...With that being said, it was a classic letdown for the cats...Don't want to take anything away from Oke State though. They played well.
Poison66, not that I really care about you because of your shitty attitude, but watch how much you bet this saturday. I wouldn't count on this game being as easy as your thinking. It appears that your pretty much an amateur...It also appears that your a stupid ass red neck Oklahoma hick that cheers for the Sooners.

Oh I wasn't sure if I was in a Covers forum or a 4th grade spitball fight!
If that line is -1 or -2, I'm all OVER KU.
The have been at home!

To think you were actually an Oke State fan...You must be one of those Oke State fans where you own fan base thinks your a moron...What are you, 14 or something? Grow up...
japboy, agree with you...poison66 is trying to start a 4th grade spitball fight...

I am actually inclined to believe that KU wins this game as well....for some very bizarre reason they alwasy play well at Bramlage. Now, from a basketball perspective I will say this.........KU has been very, very weak guarding the three point line this season. They have been better the last couple of games...is that a trend, I don't know. Pullen and Clemente should get some open looks. Will they hit them? That's a good question. Clemente strikes me as out of control at times....he's a nice player but his shot selection can be very suspect and he can turn it over....if he has one of those games, there is no way KSU wins. KSU can't get the production they got from Pullen and Clemente vs Texas and win Saturday night. KSU won't get a lot of offensive production inside. Aldrich has really started playing good defense and will make easy baskets tough to come by. The rebounding battle will be interesting, it could go either way but I wouldn't anticipate either team having a big advantage in this department.
As for Kansas there is no reason to believe Henry gets back on track in what is probably the most hostile atmosphere he will face this season. Collins usually plays well in games like this. A lot for Kansas hinges on the production of Aldrich and Marcus Morris. Both have looked superb the last three or four games. If Aldrich and Morris continue to play this well it will open up the offense and players like Reed and Morningstar will get open looks from beyond the arc. Reed has shot very well this year and Morningstar is a capable shooter as well.......any production out of Taylor is good. If he doesn't make mistakes he will provide good minutes, but mistakes are something he can provide.
Should be a very exciting atmosphere. Kansas State is a very good team but I think Kansas will win this one and I wouldn't be surprised to see a 10 point margin of victory......that said, I won't be playing this game, just enjoying it on the television.

You might be right...or it might be like the other 20 years they played in Bramlage
All kidding aside......it should be a very competitive game. I wouldn't be comfortable playing either side in this one.
