Came up one missed 3 pointer short in last night's Over in the UC Irvine / UNLV game as the 34.5% shooting effort from the Anteaters did not help things.
I posted in last night's thread that I was locking in the opening number on this game. It has since reason to 143, but I still think it's worth a play into the mid-140's so I wanted to get a thread going.

The four-guard alignment that Coach Giannini employs is well
documented. It propelled the Explorers to 21 win season last year on the
support of 40.6% shooting from behind the arc (4th best in the nation).
The shooting is still yet to come around fully for La Salle this year, but the up
tempo style that Rider brings to tonight’s game should make for plenty of
scoring opportunities.
In the previous 7 years under Tommy Dempsey, Rider averaged
69.1 possessions. Now in his first season as head coach, Kevin Baggertt, has
continued this fast paced tradition. The Broncs enter tonight with an adjusted
tempo of 70.4 possessions per game (#32 nationally). And in the last 10 days,
the scoring has started to show some life with points per possession of 1.04,
1.04, 1.11, 1.04. This 4 game sample includes losing to snail paced SMU 83-70 on
67 possessions.
La Salle has demonstrated similar results as they have yet
to score less than 1 point per possession this season. In a game that should have
70+ possessions (KenPom predicts 71), one
would expect both teams to exceed the 70 pt plateau needed to push the total
over.
Also worth noting that tonight’s total is less than last year’s
posted total of 147.5 (4.5 pts less as I write this). Despite both teams
shooting under 42% in that game, the game resulted in an 82 – 70 final.
Good luck if you decide to make a play

Ive cashed over 3000 out this month... Paid by moneygram or WU everytime
Never had an issue with BOL
Only a moron would play there when SBR has half of it's threads in the Sports Book and Industry section about players requesting payouts from BOL and never getting them.

One, at the time of my posts, the lines are always readily available. As a prefaced in post #1, this line was available earlier this morning, and is documented with my post here at 11:30 AM:
I also note that 143 was available when I started this thread. It has since gone up to 145.5 -- I can't control that
Secondly, I have no motivation to come up with making "favorable" lines. I started the posting process on Covers because I enjoyed having constructive dialogue about games and totals that often fly under the radar. There's a reason these lines usually move 5-6 points (or more) from when I post. It's because they are AWFUL lines to begin with. And instead of just posting a play, I try to provide supporting evidence and angles as to why I think there may be some value involved.

Just to address a couple things....

BETONLINE (BOL) IS STEALING 25000 from me! Betonline: $15,000 no pay. Day 49 SBR rating of BetOnline looking worse by the day : After 30 days BOL still has not paid me
I would not even play there with a FREE deposit.

Riccio... for those of us out here that read your stuff, we know you are legit. I don't play everyone of your games, but I always feel like your stuff is well thought out. The numbers do move often, and this year is a weird one with so little totals, but know that a strong majority of us appreciate you sharing the picks. Best of luck

if you can't bet the totals, don't blame riccio for posting his picks. If you want to get the best lines, look early because he, like us, is trying to take advantage of bad lines. Thank you Riccio, best of luck tonight.

a) Free and able to open up your own BetOnline account and;
b) Allowed to do your own research which will enable you to spot bad numbers.
It's not as if Riccio wakes up every morning and these numbers simply fall into his lap. Rather, he takes the time to learn and study teams' tendencies and styles in order to make well-informed plays.
Anyone is capable - with enough effort and interest - of acquiring and honing these same skills.

BOL does pay. It just takes them way, way longer than most every book.
So your willing to take the chance you get paid based on the fact that people always get paid even if it takes two months. Keep in mind your going to have to ask 50 times, involve SBR. Get check, find out it's bad. Start process all over again.
Could it be that maybe BOL is just not that financially secure with them taking two months to pay. Didn't WSEX do the same thing with slow pays and how is that working out for the players? Seems like a pretty big risk to take just to be able to bet 250 on some bad totals.
