Question:  Do you ever "add" plays or what you release early are the only plays?

When you say I "invested in you" I hope that means you're putting no more than 5% of your roll on each game. Losing nights will happen. I just want a 65% win rate come march

Ok everyone.  Here is my initial post:

Hi all,

I'm an avid college hoops fan and do well each season betting the games.  I have coached high school hoops the past 10 years, but called it quits after last season, as I got sick of the crazy parents.

I know the game.  I base my picks on the various defensive/offensive systems each coach uses, match-ups, and motivation for each team.

Now that I have more time to do this, I'm hoping to make a nice chunk of .  I figured I'd share my insights.

YTD 12-1 

1 unit plays 12-1

Picks for 11/17

1.  Oakland +6 over eastern Michigan

2.  Southern miss -11 over southern Alabama

3.  Wake forest -2.5 over Tulane

4.  Iowa -19 over n Dakota st

5.  Georgia st +10 over Iowa st.

HUGE:  This is all about money management.  I'm bound to have losing days.  I'm all about the winning percentage by the end of the season, and I will occasionally chase my bets.  Please limit your plays to a small % of your bankroll.  Do this and stay disciplined and I hope to give you a good ROI by March.

remember that most of us are here because we are degenerate gamblers who have a vested interest in following the latest and brightest run on the boards.... hurts to say it but c'mon guys...

that being said, there will be guys on here who hate, slam you on bad days and generally are bitter people, pay no attention to any of them, if they had the stones to toss out their wisdom, then fine. I on the other hand can say that I appreciate insight and knowledge and then take what I know and apply it to the wager side of this little venture we are all on. If anyone here is simply tailing then they are bound to lose, sheep and lemmings always perish.

Good comment Golfguy.  And I hear ya.  I used to be a degenerate myself.  Then I wised up and realized the only way to make consistent, long-run gains is to be smart and disciplined.  Slow and steady wins the race.  The people that will end up bashing me are those that risk their entire bankroll in one night which happens to be a night when I go 1-4.

Your a stud dude, I remember reading your first post and tailing small the plays that hadnt started and I was so shocked when I woke up to way more than i expected from a 4-0 first night then I hit them all before I went to see the dawgs and auburn... 

As someone who has had horrid degenerate runs and bad bankroll management I'm sticking with the original units I tailed you with even though my bankroll could support doubling it now.. Gotta keep the grind going

The grind isn't always fun but it's what works.  If it wasn't a grind everyone would win and books wouldn't exist.

Stick with my plays and units and you should be good to go.
