The sad reality of them winning their first conference game when they act like they won the torny.  Our program has been set back for years and will only get worse.

 I get it.  You’re most likely young and in the “what have you done for me lately” crowd and that’s fine.  This program is been nothing for decades and in the last 4 years we’ve been to 3 sweet 16s and 1 final.  Just a little pre mature to say this program is doomed because of one down year

 I turned it off and went to play poker and was saying to a guy at my table how bad Tech looked in the first half, not even hustling for rebounds, etc etc.......and as I looked up they were within 6 lol

This is not the 80s/90s/00s......there are no boosters giving the kids enough money to adjust play to make a coach look bad.  There is too much money in NIL, and even for B and C level players overseas for anyone to be tanking anything nowadays over a grudge involving a family matter.

Either way......this story and thread had to of influenced a good many humans to bet on Iowa State.  Everyone loves a good story lol.  Once the average bettor looking for something to bet on a Monday night read this story about Adams, then looked at what Iowa State did to Tech their last game.......I guarantee you it was a snap bet for many.

Hell of a comeback by Tech......and they really did look terrible for the first 20 minutes......who knows what Adams spewed at halftime lol.....but someone lit a fire.
