As I mentioned, trying to hedge Pressey may actually help him because he would then create switches that UCLA cant guard, so if they cant hedge and Howland sits back and forces him to shoot from the outside, I think it actually benefits UCLA.
I wouldn't be shocked if he left, not after everyone who has left before him. He's not getting PT and we really don't have any true post players so I'd be pretty pissed if I was him too. UCLA will probably play a lot of zone today if I had to guess.

Give me Mizzou +3.5 and ML.
With no real threat of a serious 'home court' for UCLA, I think that Mizzou is a live dog here. UCLA has looked better lately - but a young team like this is going to turn it over and mizzou is going to feast on it.
Think Mizzou has advantage in backcourt and front court and if this was a true neutral it'd be Mizz - 5.

As a UCLA fan i saw this line and my eyes popped out of my head. UCLA shouldn't be laying points to anyone, and certainly not the #7 team in the country. UCLA just doesn't defend well and Missouri should score fairly often, I'm guessing the o150 should be the best bet.
traditionally howland is tough when he has a week to prepare, but he just doesn't have athleticism on this squad to defend them effectively. UCLA does possess some firepower in Bazz, Adams and Anderson.
My head says take Mizzou ml and the over... worth a 2 team parlay for me as an emotional hedge...

That Edney replay still makes me sick to my stomach. I am a mizzou alum. I was a kid when that happened, my sis was going to mizzou at the time, and I remember that was one of my earliest heartbreaks in sports I can remember.
The 5 downs against Mizzou, in football, was so sick too happening around that same time.
