UPDATE
I am somewhat honored to say that the surgery on Dell's adapter needle was a partial success. It is still bent and loose but I can now charge the battery. The only thing is, I can only charge it when the back cover is off. The cord end wont reach and fit properly with the computer closed up. It kind of sucks becasue the battery is somewhat old and it holds a full charge for a few hours. Oh well.....It could have been worse.
