Again very sorry but i can say this that there were 15 Teams at 3-0 and 4-0 Win Streaks that were not able to cover their spreads out of just 19 and that win percentage is still correct

The plays are N Dakota St -7 and Oakland -4
as record is saying the ODDS makers are not giving enough points to ILL ST and Delaware so both at 3-0 win Streak will lose and at 43-32 overall it does show that approach.
It is the odds Makers job to balance out these plays and after you review the totals they are doing a pretty good job of it
Will be interesting to see how it plays out
