Outside of CT, the rest are awful-

Purdue-cant compete without Edney. When he is not in the court, Purdue has trouble scoring. Guards, particularly Smith ( so over rated ), cant guard their shadow. They get beat by anyone with semi-decent guard play.

Houston- All the defense in the world, only matter until you play a team with defense. They will never win a rock fight, they have no offensive plays other than one-on-one ad lib crap.

North Carolina- They are way to streaky, and play to level of opponent. Had many opportunities to put NC State away yesterday with a run. and once hey fall behind, they cant catch up, no real interior game.

CT Is head and shoulder above these pretenders.

and the potential number 2 seeds are even worse; Iowa state , mAuburn and Illinois need to make the 2 line.

Unc is #2 seed as I last see it on CBS. They have Iowa St as #1

Imo Houston & Zona are the only teams that can give UConn fits 

If Kolek plays for Marquette they might have a good chance

 Iowa state most certainly deserves the 1. Several places are claiming Heels have locked up the 1. If so, that would be complete bullshit. 

BIG12 is by far best conference. Acc is a joke. Iowa state has been solid all year and are deserving of a 1.

Tennessee, I can see giving Uconn fits if they play like they did against Duke last year. However,  Mississippi State manhandled them. Don't sleep.on Florida and Auburn.

Agree on Cats. Can see them getting into Sweet 16 and no further, unless they decide to play hard. Vols have no chance. Could see them losing first round. Only have one legitimate scorer, if he isn't on, the rest of the team shoots bricks all game long. They are so bad offensively.

 Idk bout that…. AZ Boswell scores 0-2pts all the time,  they won’t beat anyone when he plays like that and it’s a lot….  It’s UConn, Iowa st, and Auburn (those 3 best teams)

Waiting for Lyod to remove Boswell from starting lineup. Cats have depth at guard with Lewis and Bradley. Shocked neither is starting yet. Boswell has been awful for three quarters of the season. 

this statement isn’t even close to being accurate…they average 80 points a game and are in the top 10% in the country in offensive efficiency 

Have you watched them? When they play good teams they go on large scoring droughts because they have one shooter. SEC tourney prime example. Against Kentucky another prime example in their last matchup. They will be out early once they get matched up with a mid major that makes them play in half court in which they struggle to score. Barnes has a history of being awful in March too so there is that too. 

saw a little of houston yesterday and wanted to see what the snead guy looks like since kp has him #1 ranked. nothing impressed me just a stocky strong guy and they have quite a few of those. houston has no offense its been that way for years I have no idea how they always win so many games it's one on one ball for the most part.

Everyone on UConn as winning it all.  I’ll be the few that’ll have them going home in the Elite 8 game….especially if Zona, Auburn, or  Tennessee, or Iowa State are in their bracket. 

I agree Barnes does have a history of struggling come tourney time. Maybe they go out early, maybe they don’t…but what you are saying once again isn’t even close to beingm accurate.

In games this year where they were playing top 25 teams at the time they averaged 82 points a game.  They also averaged 88 points a game when they played Alabama and Florida when those teams were unranked….these are straight facts

No way Arizonia hangs with CT. They cant play away from home They have a 109% true shooting defense on rd, that's worse that Bethune Cookman 

Well they certainly have not looked good lately. I do not care what their total season statistics say. You might want to take a look at their guards shooting percentages if you think they are good offensively. Knecht is the only guard on the roster that shoots above 40% from the field. So I do not care what their "offensive efficiency" numbers says, their guards simply cannot shoot which is why they will be bounced early.

Here are their guards shooting percentages via field goal percentage. 

Knecht 46%

Ziegler 40%

Jordan-James 39%

Vescovi 37%

Gaines 35%

When 4 of your 5 guards that play are shooting sub 40% from the field, that does not indicate you are a good offensive team in my mind. I do not know how in the heck offensive efficiency is calculated but clearly an emphasis is not on shooting (fg %). 

Can't wait to see what hire seed gets matched with the Samford Bulldogs in the first round and watch them try to keep up with that offense.
