Nova over Ohio St in the 2nd round ......

A well rested, talented, experienced bunch lead by Fisher and Stokes. They had a horrible finish going 5-10, but 7 of those 10 losses were to top 20 teams and 2 other were by 1 point....

OSU had a cakewalk in the Big 10 tourney and are over rated imo....

Of course Nova has to get by G Mason first


I also like winner of ODU/Butler to give Pitt all it can handle in rd 2

Nova will not even make it to the 2nd round. George Mason will defeat Nova and earn the shot at the Buckeyes.

 If you're disrespecting Geo Mason (with your rolling head of laughter)I suggest you read up on a little recent NCAA tournament history....

I agree with you Train. I don't why everybody is pumping up george mason so much. I know villanova was awful down the stretch but GM has one good win this year. Home against ODU. Other than that they played nobody

I know I'll sound like any other square out there, but don't see Ohio St losing before the Final 4. Very good team, not overrated at all imo.

Could make an argument for any of the other #1 seeds falling much earlier...

If your title meant to say, George Mason over Ohio State in the 2nd Round, I'd say you have a legitimate shot in your prediction

Every square and their mother is going to be on Mason there. I think we can all agree on that.

You know how much Nova cost those idiots over the last month of the year? Yikes.

Perfect time to buy Nova. Everyone is way down on them.

This line should be Nova -4.5 or so. Tremendous value because of peoples perception. Reality is completely different.

Actually the rolling head meant Nova could easily lose that game. I dont have blurred vision. I have been watching these games all season. Nova has talent. Due to them having struggles, the 1st round line is 4 points low. Value is with Nova.....If the line was 6, the value would be with GM.....

Predicting Nova to beat OSU is far from unthinkable.....Of course they will be getting 6-9 points, so in theory they should lose.....However every team but one will lose their last game

Nova has been so god awful the last few weeks that they probably will beat Mason.
Whenever the public completely counts someone out in the tournament they usually win a game or 2. That being said, I just can't see them taking down Ohio St.
Buckeyes have to be the team to beat (which I suppose doesn't usually work out well for teams).

It wasn't until after I finished filling out my bracket, with Ohio St. as the winner, that I looked back and said,

"Oh man....they might realistically LOSE in round 2 if Nova has a great day shooting the ball."

Its always a gamble, though. I've got Pitt going to the Final Four also, and they could very realistically lose to ODU in round 2.
