I for one don't. I couldn't name a person on the team let alone tell you their mascot, college colors. I just bet numbers. IF something important happens, the line moves. EVERYTHING is priced into the line. In this day and age of the internet, you can find anything.
Watching the game only adds unnecessary stress to your life. I've said this to my other friends who bet:
"Watching the game does not improve your chances of winning.."
It's like rooting on the roulette ball to land on your number/color and thinking that because you your yelling at it, that you influenced the outcome.
Besides, watching a game will build future bias for future events..
No team is as good as they are on their good days and no team is as bad as they are on their bad days..
EVERYTHING is priced into the line..

Square.....I do the same thing. That is what most PRO's do that have gotten beyond the Adrenaline rush of watching a game. Watching distracts too much time from studying the #'s and finding an edge. Most nights I go to bed with 5 figures invested in games and sometimes do not even check the scores until after lunch the next day.

Absolutely...it's rare now that I watch a game...maybe I catch the end of a close one that I have a significant investment in and it's coming down to a last shot for the cover or not...

Yes sir, if your in it for the long haul, nobody can handle the stress of sweating every game. I have found I look a lot younger than my friends that sweat every game and stay up until the last game is final.
