Not only do I think EVERYONE will be on Kansas today I like Oregon's length and athleticism even without their big man. Don't think Mason will be able to control this game like he has so far this tournament. Could it be that Kansas is head and shoulders above and playing to their full potential on this great run? Sure but I don't think they cover this tonight and I'm going to throw a small bet on the ML for Oregon as well.
Think it's about time for the Bill Self game this tournament. Which means a game that is closer than most people think it should be and he begins to feel the pressure n has been known to coach or not coach his team out of games. There's a nice track record of this.
2004 - 1 seed, loses to GT in Elite 8 2005 - 3 seed loses to Bucknell 1st round 2006 - 4 seed loses to Bradley 1st round 2007 - 1 seed, loses to UCLA in Elite 8 2008 - Nat'l Champs (can't take anything away from this but he almost and probably should have choked that Davidson game away) 2009 - 3 seed lost to higher seeded MSU 2010 - 1 seed loses to Northern Iowa is 2nd round 2011 - 1 seed loses to VCU in Elite 8 2012 - 1 seed loses Natl Champ to Kentucky 2013 - 1 seed loses to Michigan in Sweet 16 2014 - 2 seed loses to Stanford in 2nd round 2015 - 2 seed loses to Wichita St in 2nd round 2016 - 1 seed loses to Nova in Final Four
In most if not all Kansas was considered the more talented team and/or favorite. I think if this game is close at half Self starts feeling the pressure. Really like Oregon getting all those points. BOL to everyone on whatever you take today!
