So if Purdue was -5 today against Ohio State - how much money would you lay on Purdue ???
if it was purdue -5 i wouldn't have anything on it - would be a no play for me - but at -1 i think there is some value - i've got 6 units at -1 and 2 Units on 1H -0.5. Public perception is why this line is only -1, if Ohio State had lost their first game back earlier in the season and hadn't been the only "undefeated team in the country" for so long the public wouldn't have the mindset that they can't be beaten (and in the case of Wiscy just thinking it was a fluke). They may blow it today but thats what betting on 19-20 year olds brings to the table. Purdue at Home is all I'm saying. Good luck to all -
