Question about totals.

Excuse my ignorance as I am not from the US so I am probably not familiar with the finer points of sports betting but:

When betting totals in a game if by half time the total is roughly half of what is required and being a close game- in your experience generally does it hit 2nd half . Of course anomalies happen like it did with wisc green bay scoring only 5 in 14 (I think) last night.

so here is an example which I am playing at the moment - both are overs plays

Missouri v S Carolina line was 120.5 1st half total 54

Texas Tech v Texas line was 121.5 1st half total 56

Generally these should come in shouldn't they?

No such thing as this generally happens.  Every game is unique.  A lot of people can&#x27;t comprehend this.
