2-3 yesterday.  So many damn games.  I'm just gonna post by time slot.  11am and 12pm CST first.

Florida +2.5

No Ziegler for the Vols is gonna prove to be a big deal.  Yes, big time revenge spot for Tennessee, but not having your starting point guard, against maybe the best back-court in the country, is bad news.  

Arizona St +6.5

In-state rival, coming to your gym, and you're getting two possessions??? I'll take it nearly every time.  

Detroit -3

Green Bay is a joke of a program.  Stupid hire of Gottlieb.  It's been a train wreck.  They can't out of this season fast enough.

Clemson -5.5

Wolfpack just played their Super Bowl and gave Duke everything they had.  Not sure their tanks can have much left in them after that one.

Drake -6

SIU hasn't played a team of this caliber since the beginning of December, and that was when Bradley came into their gym and blew them out.  The Salukis are playing better basketball since then, but Drake is on another level. 

Auburn -6

Not enough points for me to take the Rebs, so I'll take this wagon.  Ole Miss is staggering at the moment, and I'm betting Auburn knocks them out.

Temple -3.5

Revenge spot for the Owls, after they dropped the first meeting by a bucket.

Northwestern +3

Coming off back to back losses, I think Coach Collins gets his guys ready for this one. Wisky has dropped their last two on the road, and the line seems short, begging the public to back the Badgers by two buckets.

Kansas St +14.5

I still think Iowa St is the most complete team in the country, but they go to the Phog on Monday.  Today they go through the motions and win by 10.  KSt has also but together back to back conference wins, and maybe starting to get something out of that NIL money.

Boston College +5.5

Shitty travel recently for the Noles.  Went out west for two, lost them both, fly across the country to lose at home to Va Tech, and now have to head to the Northeast.  Yuck. 

Maine +2

Vermont is still getting value on their past success.  They aren't very good this year, and the Bears of Maine are playing really good basketball.  Winners of 6 straight, and recently winning 3 straight on the road. 

Western Kentucky -3

New Mexico St just won at MTSU and I don't think they can pull off another road upset in a row. WKU needs this W to stay in the hunt for the conference as well. 

Michigan -5.5

Rutgers won't have an answer for the two bigs of Michigan.  Golden and Wolf are a matchup problem, and with Rutgers not playing defense this year, I don't think they get enough stops.  Still don't know if Harper is gonna play, although I'd imagine he does. 

Louisville -10

Not many teams are playing better basketball right now than the Cards.  Kelsey is a shoe-in for National Coach of the Year.  And Ga Tech is likely to be looking for a new coach after this year.  They are not good offensively, at all.  As a matter of fact, they are the worst offensive team in a REALLLLLYYYY down ACC.

Marshall -11

Coastal is playing their fourth straight road game, and I bet against them on Thursday and they barely covered.  Marshall is coming off a loss on their home floor, only the second time all year losing at home, so expect some upgraded focus vs a very worn down Chanticleers team. Marshall won the first meeting in Conway by 13.

Baylor -2.5

I said it last week, and I'll say it again, Kansas isn't as good as they should be.  Self needs to find mins for Bidunga, even if it means they are Dickinsons mins.  They also have revenge on deck with Iowa St coming to Lawrence on Monday.  The line opened at Baylor +1, so I'm assuming Roach and Love are going to go for the Bears.  

Virginia Tech/Virginia Under 125

This will be a super ugly game if you're watching for offense.  In state rivals tend to get each others best shot, so I expect both teams to be methodical on the offensive end, and the defenses to be up to the task. UVA relies quite a bit on the 3, so the Hokies need to run them off the line, and we should get a game where the first team to 60 wins.

Texas St +6

Revenge spot, after an embarrassing loss to Louisiana.  Arky St won the first meeting by 15 last Saturday, and I think the Bobcats got caught looking forward to the rematch, and I was on Louisiana +12 in that one.  This has all the makings of an upset, so if you need a dog this may be one of them.

UTSA/North Texas Over 136

UTSA guards absolutely no one, so even though the Mean Greens offense struggles at times, today shouldn't be one of those days.  They scored 72 on them back on 1/18, and I'd be shocked if they don't get to 70+ again on their home floor.  If I can get UTSA to get to 60, I think I'll be a winner.  Spears is a big time scorer.  Hopefully he puts the team on his back.

LSU/Texas Under 145

LSU needs a solid outing to try and stop this three game skid.  There aren't a lot of possible wins in the SEC, so they need to take advantage of these home games.  Texas is gonna play a little slower, especially on the road, and their going to defend.  Only one opponent in the last 5 has gotten to 70.

Texas Tech +10

Their is just too much talent on the Raiders roster for me to pass up double digits.  Houston is really damn good, but so is Tech.  In a game that is likely to be a rock fight, asking anyone to cover 10 points seems to be too much of an ask.  

North Carolina/Duke Under 148.5

Dukes defense is elite, and they are getting their best defender back for this game, in Maliq Brown.  UNC, as bad as they have been, have at least shown some fight on the defensive end themselves.  Usually this game is an up and down, track meet, but not this year.

Santa Clara -16

I'm not one to lay this many points, but Pacific just upset Washington St and now has to go play a Santa Clara team that has lost two straight and needing to get back on track.  Awful spot for the Tigers, and I think SCU wins by 20+.

Utah Valley/Grand Canyon Under 146.5

Two teams that take away what the others offense wants to do.  Neither team wants to shoot a lot of 3s, and both defend the interior well above average.  GCU likes to run a little bit, but I don't think Valley will try and keep up. 

Notre Dame -7.5

Auto-fade of Miami.  They have gotten their NIL money, and don't give a shit about basketball anymore.

Marquette -6

The Eagles have burned me the last couple games, so I'll join them here.  Even if McNeely does play for UCONN, it will be in a limited capacity.  When healthy, he makes them much better, but for another week or so, UCONN still stinks. Marquette also has an extra day of rest. 

South Carolina +5.5

The Cocks have lost 8 straight, but they have been competitive in almost every one of them.  Lost to Auburn by 3, @ Vandy by 3, to Florida by 1, and Miss St by 5 in OT.  They are bound to break through sooner or later, and I think tonight is that night.

Arkansas +9.5

Cals return to Rupp.  I think his guys (many of who are also former Wildcats) show up for coach, and they keep this one close til the end.  And this is the one game bump since Lamont Butler got hurt.  I know Tennessee looked just fine today without Ziegler, but not having your PG is a huge deal.

Utah St -5

Utah St in Logan?  Say less.  This offense is a machine on this floor. 

California -5

Second game of the west coast trip for the Cuse, and they host Duke next.  Cal is a much better team on their home floor, and this kicks off a three game homestand for the Bears.  

Gonzaga -1.5

The game of the night is in Moraga, CA.  St. Marys looks to be as good as ever, and they will give the Zags everything they can handle.  But the experience of the Zags, especially in Nembhard, make being on the road a lot easier, and the Zags get back in the conference race with the Gaels.
