Am absolutely in love with an early game...probably one of the better chances at a ML dog.
LaTech ML
*This is a complete mismatch here, LaTech has crazy size and scorers everywhere. Northeastern better be ready to shoot 50-55% to have a shot at winning let alone cover the -8.5
Baylor ML
*Another small dog, just think this team is far more talented and athletic. Anderson & Obi are the Cowboys only scorers and they can be a wash with what Dunn & Carter throw out there.
Valp ML
*Another tiny dog, might be a common theme with bracket buster Saturday...but this team is solid and I dont think BG's pace of play will allow them to hang.
Western Michigan +9.5
*Personally I feel both these teams are mirror images of eachother, they both can get to the charity stripe...they both shoot a ton of 3's...and both rely basically on 3 players to the damage. Best player on the court is probably Kool, so I'll give the road team the edge.
Charleston +5
*Mason keeps racking up the injuries and it's beginning to wear on this team 1-4 last 5...and that win came in OT. Charleston has the more talented scorers...and if they can beat the size of NC....they should be able to take down Mason.

Gotta believe the travel and emotional loss at UTAH ST that LA TECH is going through is going to play a much bigger roll than most expect. NE is no slouch either...

Yup, but if there's ever a near 9pt dog to take...this is it. Northeastern barely gets 45-50 possessions a game...and relys on shooting near 50% Just don't see it happening against Tech's size.

Bracketbuster is all about finding the right dogs...Even if NE is getting 5pts for homecourt (Which is a ton) Do you think that NE 4pts better than LaTech on a neutral court? I sure as shit don't. If they put up a game like they did against W&M or Drexel and they will get stomped on by this LaTech team.

Don't be surprised if Northeastern rolls. They are a solid club at home and this is just one of those spots for LA Tech. You make good points, but I think the edges are with NE. LA Tech may not have anything left during the last 5 minutes of the game as NE slowly begins to pull away.

Sorry, but assuming they are in a letdown spot is the ONLY reason to take Northeastern. Every category is close, except for rebounding which goes to LaTech...so I don't see any "Edges" I've been on or against Northeastern a lot this year...and they have 3 players that take almost every shot. Janning, Allen & Adako. If 2/3 have good games like last out...they are a decent team. All 3 have good games and they route below average teams in their conference. BUT if only 1/3 has a good game they are in serious trouble. 13-3 is a nice conference record...but put them in the WAC and they'd be 9-7 right now.

Personally, I see a lot of value in the LA Tech line as well. Thought we'd see 5.5 to 7 points, so at 9, I will play.
Going against Okie State at home though , can't do it, Cowboys too tough on thier court, especially in huge games like this one tomorrow.
BOL Regardless, I continue to be ICCCCE COLD, hoping for a turnaround ASAP.
I know Okie St is a far better home team, but just looking at the last meeting I can't get by the fact that they made more 3's, attempted & made more free-throws and had less turnovers and still lost by DD's....REASON...they don't have the size to hold Baylor down for 40mins. Any kind of foul trouble to Obi or Anderson and they will be in serious trouble

Good Point, dunno if I'd go as far as saying they'd be 9-7 but def. not 13-3 in the WAC. I think the CAA may have been getting too much credit, evidenced by the two big letdowns tonight. Or, maybe Im just bitter for picking both CAA teams tonight Watching the CAA games are even worse, as most, including NE, play at a snails pace w. little excitement.

You got some strong points not going to disagree as at times it hard to disagree with you ahah. Why throw a 9 out there though? Are they putting to much emphasis into this travel? I just wont be shocked if NE rolls is all I am saying.

I wouldnt be shocked either, but I know it will take good games from 3/3 guys I mentioned above to do so. I'm just not putting my money on that happening.

I agrre totally with your Baylor analysis. Oklahoma State is very tough at home and they will get some calls from the refs but I've seen both of these teams and Baylor has the size and is more talented than Oklahoma State.
