Vit-C 1000mg caps...3 or 4 a day...no prob with absorption...NEVER toxic...I do

Zinc picolanate caps 22mg...take 2 a day

Vit D-3...1000IU soft gels you can take 5 a day easy...I do...NEVER toxic

Take some aspirin for the fever if you do have a temp

Hopefully it's not what your co-workers have

If you can get somebody to order you an Azithromycine 5-day Rx with a refill so you get a 10 day dose you should be good to go

Worked for me last week...and take the vitamins all the time

Just saying...not telling you what you should do
