i absolutely love this illinois team, i’ve watched them a whole lot over the past two seasons.. one of my picks to get to the final four.
my question is if kofi cockburn gets into early foul trouble, which is pretty common for him.. does loyola have a chance to keep this game within reach and cover the spread?
i typically bet straight sometimes 2 teamers so for me the value is on loyola with points and not illinois ML.
thoughts?

@GustavoFring maybe a rookie question but isnt % of money more important than % of tickets? but if the spread has dropped than perhaps more money is on Loyola too..
He was just pointing out that not everyone is on Illinois as an earlier poster suggested.

i didn't dispute that at all I bet he's right but the general consensus on this forum is that Illnois will win and cover and historically when the whole forum is on one side it spells trouble

Your good on Illinois. Brad Underwood is a great coach been following him since his SFA(Stephen F. Austin) days. He will have his troops ready to go.

thanks for all the feedback guys! i appreciate it, i’m aware of where the %’s are for this game.. this is just me wanting action on the first game of the day...
i always come back to “vegas doesn’t care about who we think should win and they’re most likely rooting against our favorites.”

Problem is though, the forum isn't all on one side. I see just as many on Loyola. So you are incorrect. Again
List us too please everytime your theory has panned at too while you are at.

@carl42 Worked great for me a few nights ago with UCLA and Boise state, if you think fading the public doesn’t work you need to give your brain a shake
Then POST these plays and PROVE it! If this was that easy we'd all be beyond rich if your theory was correct. It's not. That is a fact
Yoiu can't cherry pick a night it worked for you and on just TWO games. Give me break

My buddy booked all dogs this morning. Small sample but pretty big betscin the $1000s are taking points. All are above the dreaded 5, 5.5. He got a lot of 1st half bets on the dogs more than the full games as the Favs are usually deeper and stronger and make their runs in the 2nd half unless they come out with their ass on fire like Colorado, Wisconsin and Syracuse did.

What's even more important is the source. No real book offshore or Vegas is sharing their handles and percentages with some floopsy website. These are corporations, they're not allowed and would never do it, even for money. All you guys quoting ticket counts and handles make me laugh - especially if you are paying for this info.
The real source? Contests on the internet are the source of those ticket counts and $ handles - just like the Covers contests. It's not real money, not real tickets.
There is not one single bookmaker giving this information out to the general public. Think about. Do you really think the Westgate or Pinnacle or Heritage or the Mirage are opening up their books and broadcasting it to "vegasMeatballs.com" or wherever these gullible Covers posters are getting this info?
There is a sucker born every minute and the level of foolishness needed to believe you are getting real info is pretty high. Only a fool actually thinks this is real info sourced from real sports books.
But if you are still willing to gamble after that do take the Under 1H in the Wisconsin/Baylor match up.

I will keep laughing. Will you keep talking out both sides of your mouth for us?
Where does it say I took Illinois? If I had, I'd be fine with it. People like you call games well before they are over. Another thing that shows how clueless you truly are

BTW i did play Ilinois -5' second half. I didn't need to look at the public, ect. I looked them as the top seed playing a great Loyola team and being down nine at the half and thinking they can still lose and make it a close game.
"Well gosh, what is the public doing Carl?" Signed Sharpebettor
