When there is true steam on a crap game like this there is usually a reason
There is a reason, like I said. Do some research on RAS. There is one reason and one reason only there was a large line dip on this. When he releases a play, there is usually an immediate line change. His service for years has been releasing plays on what they believe are soft numbers. Hence, the books respect his service enough to move the line. No secret. No sharps. No whales. Just a direct correlation between his plays and the line. Been doing this for years. Lines will especially fluctuate on more obscure games where there is little money invested; as in a "crap" game no one was invested in. Small amounts of money will steam the line, especially in CBB. So, throw in a RAS play and the books correction and his followers hammering the line and you get a -11.5 to 8 swing...

That said, I do lean Georgia St here, just not at -7
I just know from years of following basketball that you would rather not be against RAS. He is probably one of the few respected touts out there. I don't usually play ANY of his plays as ALL value is gone after the line steam. That's why he is playing them at -5.5 and not 7. NO value. You are now playing Georgia St to win at 3 possessions and not 2. That's the definition of taking a bad line.
I am against his Vandy play tonight. LMU or nothing.

RAS is Right Angle Sports, a handicapping service who specializes in college basketball, and is quite influential in moving lines when their picks are released. Google it and check out their site. Occasionally they will release free plays on twitter and lines move within seconds, literally.

Year in and year out he wins, but you HAVE to have a book that still has the line he plays at available. If not, you lose out. I saw his plays across the street and usually make a note of them. I rarely play them. Just google him and his site is very transparent and had documented history. VERY expensive service, the most expensive out there. You need to be a 1k better per game to expect it to be worth while...
Remember, you are LOSING value chasing the steam. Regardless of whether UIC covers the available spread, you are the SQUARE for taking the bad number at other than 11.5 or 11...
