Total was O/U 139....they hit three called TO...came out of TO, fouled for no reason....Marquette hit two FTs and the game went over....then they let clock run.......
I had Marquette and the points but UNDER backers have to really question the integrity here....no reason for TO and foul at all.

Nothing I see anymore shocks me in college. Down 21 with 34 seconds left and fouling is beyond words. I saw someone foul the other night down 16 with 10 seconds left. Just couldn't believe my eyes.

That down 16 with 10 seconds left was Cuse v G'Town. I remember. I was on the right side of that game but G'Town fouled while down 16 with about :18 seconds left in the game.

yeah the logic of fouling is stupid enough but the fact of that this idiotic TO to tell you team what, to foul??? They go over and then they run clock out. Its just too many coincidences.
We know this and we still bet.....

Maybe they thought they could hit a 22 pointer and then realized it didn't exist and then dribbled the clock out. Common mistake.
there is 21 pointer, you have to climb into the rafters and jump from 21 feet and physically dive through the hoop. Even then you have to get fouled and hit the free throw

Pretty much everything that I have seen like that has come straight out of a timeout. I shit you not. I said I need to start keeping track of this stuff about a week ago and I didn't. Now I wish I did.

When Jerry Wainwright used to coach DePaul, his favorite play to call out of a timeout was a turnover, I'm not joking. I think 90% of the plays he called out of a timeout were disasters.

I had OVER..thanks Rutgers. By the way, if Rutgers was not a team full of the worst shooters on the planet, it goes over rather easily....man they suck !

It did not look like they were fouling on purpose....The Rutgers player went for a steal on the inbound pass under the goal and bumped into the Marquette player

Why the F was a TO called though?

certainly fishy considering the Total....however, welcome to the logic that is Fred Hill basketball........he seemingly has his kids foul until their is no game time left no matter the score.........I've seen it against Cuse, Nova among other games already

I don't think it was an intentional foul, the kid was going for a steal and ran into the player. A better question is why the fuck are they pressing the ball down 20+ with 20 seconds to go. I don't know why, but if I would have had UNDER I'd be pissed off too.

I had Marquette, but when I was watching it I had no idea what the total was but when I saw the 3 made then the TO I went and looked and was blown away. I played out the scenario and when they fouled and covered the OVER was blown away.....more from the standpoint of I've been on that side before and these things are just getting too obvious....
