Please fellow handicapper STOP getting afraid or making bets based on line movement. It is only a market.. we are gamblers in a market.. people that are "sharp" only use metrics, history, odds, and analysis. I can't believe I saw people on here say hmm the line moved for mich state I'm concerned... The trick in handicapping is knowing why the line moved. Mich state was always going to get bet up today... Even from "sharps" because they saw value in it being a low number. I'm not saying this to brag or anything, only trying to be helpful. Best of luck to all and let's get this money .

I have been preaching this for years. There are so many people that make a bet because of a certain line movement. All you really have to do is research and make sure no KEY players are injured.

Some times it's right, sometimes it's wrong. I too, could argue with bettors that basing your picks off of pointless meaningless trends is worthless to but for some bettors, that may be their angle to/how they cap the situation.
Stupid trends like:
"Team x is 0-4 for a following game after coming off a 10 or more point loss to a division rival ON A WEEKDAY night .." ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and meaningless
"Schrödinger's bet." A bet that loses when you bet it but wins when you DON'T bet it...

line movement based on an injury or last minute scratch, i generally bet into the teeth of that shat and against the noise... But big line swings by like 2pts in college bball that are moving the market with all other things being equal - oh you have to pay attention

Bro I don't believe in jinx in sports betting. If you made the correct play it will show. Even if you lose on a flip. This post was not about bragging though just giving insight because I hate seeing people say these things and want us all to make money. Trust brother, I've had the best and worst of it in sports betting lol mistakes on my part and good calls. I've been there with that line movement shit too when I first got started because people preached it so much. A good capper knows why the line moves and will not bet a game they truly don't have info on. This game in particular though, anybody that follow sports should of known mich state would get bet up and that's where we make money brother. Will mich state come back and win.. I doubt it.. if they do.. cool, but myself personally, most of the time when I bet right.. my picks are ahead.

I don't. Doesn't matter to me because most of the time I know why the line is what it is and that's why I bet that game. I get what youre saying though lol. Shit a small market game and I want to bet for fun lol and I see a big ass line move sure why not.. let's trust the market lol, but games like this mich state game.. I already know why people betting mich state.. including the "sharps". I like having odds on my side though.. and to bet mich state the odds weren't in a person favor.

Always looking for your picks! Any lean on mich and Minnesota?
I can't lie to you... I legit don't have a lean that game. That's the one game where I think the ten can win on the road because Minnesota so dam sloppy, but they shoot better than mich state.. it's tricky imo and I respect either side ... But it's a bitch trying to win on the road in that conference. I believe the line is right and those guys will go down the wire though. Even if Minnesota have a lead, imo they will do sloppy things with the ball to keep Michigan in it.

I respect that brother. I'm not a trend bettor but I do know some trends are meaningful. For me in sports, I love buy low sell high.. it's going to happen every year.. a team slacks off and loses two or three games. they get back home it's a wrap. The market always overreacts and then we get like what happened with this game... I remember I was arguing heavily with people on here when Kentucky played Louisville earlier in the year and I was like man c'mon. u really think they gonna lose in Kentucky to louisville.. ppl didn't listen because their heart... Right now the big ten is a bitch and if you betting on the road team man it better be a good ass edge or the number too high or some shit. That trend is real and very prevalent. Very good conference this year
