This one is on the QB.  You play to win the game.  There was plenty of time left for Penn St to get into FG range and win the game.

yeah because common sense says to have my average QB throwing into a top 5 secondary who has picked off my QB multiple times already but got bailed out by refs when ny strength was in the trenches, and I could have exploited that in OT
