I don't have much time for a write-up, but Clemson is (14-1) at home and they get a chance to get revenge tonight for a very tough loss at Florida State in OT (79-81) just 2 weeks ago. What really makes that a bad loss for Clemson and a nightmare they would like to erase is that they led at half by double digits 41-29 and let Florida State outscore them in the 2nd half by the same margin 29-41 sending the game to OT and a very tough 2 point loss for the Tigers.
Both of these teams are locks for making the NCAA Tourney, so there is not much pressure on Florida State to win. Currently, Clemson is ranked higher that Florida State, but another losse to Florida State at home would definitely move the Seminoles ahead of the Tigers in the rankings and hurt Clemson's seeding in the NCAA tourney. In their season home finale they will not want to disappoint their fans and I look for Clemson to come out fast and furious in this "pay back" situation and I feel like the -2 1st half and -4 FG are pretty good numbers for this situation.
I have some added reasons I like the Tigers tonight and will try to add that to this thread later today as time permits and also update my record, which I believe now is 16-7-1.
BOL and have a great day!

Hate to burst your Clemson bubble but all of these "must win games and revenge" are a bunch of garbage. They don't want to disappoint their fans? What team comes out of the tunnel and says hey guys Lets disappoint our fans tonight? None. And last home game of the season and senior night means absolutely nothing. Sounds good in theory but these games are won and lost on the court!!!

GF18 - I have to disagree with you. Home turf does matter and so does the revenge factor. If home court didn’t matter - the lines for a good team vs a bad team would be the same at home or away. The bad team may lose twice but they definitely play a closer game — they 1. play harder to not want to look bad in front of the fans 2. Have extra adrenaline with the home crowd backing 3. Home fans ride the opposition 4. Home cooking ..... along with a variety of other reasons.

Nice call and exceptional analysis with this Tiger winner. Always, look forward to your threads and selections. Especially, like the fact that you are very disciplined and selective . Although, i wish you made available more plays.
Thank you and God Bless !

No bubble bursted here and I do not recall using the words "must win" in my post, but I do appreciate all opinions.
If you do not believe there are certain "intangibles" that play into a teams motivation or FOCUS on to win a certain game, I DO, so we will just have to agree to disagree. I think the best handicapping is finding edges like this and the following is my proof.
(hypothetically), TCU is knocked out of the NCAA Tourney last year by Kentucky. Those teams meet in November the following season and KY is at home and favored, but TCU wins the game straight-up and covers. You do not think that the fact that TCU was more focused and motivated to win because of what happened the last time they played KY had anything to do with the outcome of the game?
In fact, I found (2) situations just like the above this year and both situations the team that was knocked out of the NCAA last year won the game straight up and covered against the team that knocked them out of the Tourney.
SMU won and covered vs. USC
Cincy won and covered at.UCLA
I definitely believe getting eliminated from the NCAA last year had a lot to do with which team won and covered.
I also believe what happened to Clemson the last time they played Florida State had a lot to do with their double digit win last night.
On a another note, we are all entitled to our own opinions and if shared respectfully that is what makes this a great Forum for sports wagering. I trust you were not on Clemson last night.
