Good question, thanks for the post. Since this is a conference tourney game and Western Illinois has already swept NDSU this season, I would be reluctant to play the Bison at anything more than 5, however, if the Bison are fortunate to win this game, they'll probably win by a comfortable margin since their style of play usually means they win or lose by a comfortable margin. Since the beginning of the season, the Bison have only had 7 games that were decided by less than 5 points. The Bison have played 17 games this season in which the margin was 9 points or greater. NDSU has the offensive firepower to put W Illinois away early in this game but NDSU has struggled down the stretch, going 2-5 in their last 7 games of the season because of turnovers. We will need solid guard play tonight by Braun and I'm hoping he can run an uptempo offense without turning the fucking ball over. But, turnovers are the name of the game and Western Illinois plays sound defense, however, if NDSU can dictate the pace of play tonight, I think Alexander, Braun and Bjorklund can shoot themselves to a comfortable victory because aside from Clark, Western Illinois doesn't produce any consistent offensive threat.

Steiny...phat is solid as are many others in the pucks forum. I could endorse at least a dozen very good handicappers that are knowledeable about the game and make plays beyond just what the line tells them. I've been doing well but theyre's a few that are a little more solid right now. I like following polar bear, zeehaus and Baggs but the whole forum is great

Hey buddy, I don't blame you for liking Western Illinois as they are a fundamentally sound, hard working defensive squad. And, NDSU hasn't lived up to their potential down the stretch but as I've previously explained, I still like NDSU's chances to dictate the pace and get their shots from the outside. Theyve turned the ball over considerably lately and if they can limit the turnovers, they will be ok.
