I think Chicago State has a great chance of winning this game at + $270.  Yes, they are 1-15, but they have played a real schedule against teams like Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin (lost by only 19).  LIU (5-11) has 3 wins against Division 2 schools in unlined games.  I think LIU will have their hands full today and Chicago State may get the outright win.
