That is all, please tell me how wrong I am.  I imagine it will be the same people that mocked me for saying they would beat Gonzaga and UVA.  Sometimes you just ignore the stats and the players and go with your gut.  This team is winning it all

Not too sure if they win but I do like the cover with a small lean on ML Syracuse is for real UNC is just scarey good! If Syracuse can keep UNC from high scoring I can see a upset. But right now I&#x27;m liking Syracuse and the points

It&#x27;s defintely possible but they will need to hit a lot of 3s and not get murdered on the boards. They will also need to be able to contain brice johnson meeks and hicks inside plus marcus paige on the outside. Cant forget joel berry and justin jackson. Tar heels by double digits.

Melo&gt; entire Kansas teamSyracuse will really have to try and contain Carolina on the boards. It will be tough. Also they will need Carolina to shoot pretty bad. The last time they played I believe Carolina was 6-25. This allowed cuse to stay somewhat in the game. They were down 11 with 8 or 9 minutes left then made a run towards the end. Cuse has a team that fights until the end as many of you have seen the last few games. On a side note Cooney who has been a disaster from three point range usually has some big games against Carolina. Only way cuse wins is that they play close to a perfect game. This does not mean they cannot cover the spread with an average game.

While I have had a profitable NCAA postseason, I could have had a much better month had I not been so stubborn. THREE TIMES (Providence +11.5, Indiana +5.5, and Notre Dame +9.5) I got sucked in to taking the points against this UNC squad.

I'll be dammed if I am going against Carolina again. I hate laying big points in big games, so I may play the total.....but stubbornly saying that Carolina won't cover again is something I'm not interested in. They are simply steamrolling teams with their size inside and let's not forget that Virginia had the Orange down 16 in the second half. Carolina will not implode against the press as they have too many athletic ball handlers.

A Syracuse play here is not recommended.

Cut the guy some slack, he&#x27;s just saying one of the two hottest teams right now can win this game and he&#x27;s right. Just ask gonzaga who shot lights out in that game and still lost and the little point guard from UVA who shot lights out and still lost. This team is for real, I know they lost to unc 2 already this year but In college ball it&#x27;s hard to beat a team 3 times in a row, I&#x27;m not saying its impossible but it&#x27;s difficult. For a team missing its coach to suspension in the regular season there still here and will be a force to be reckoned with, theres no quit in the orange.

Thanks pgese for the post.  Sums it up for me, I just feel like Syracuse is a team playing on house money, playing for one another and just might be on an NC ST &#x27;83 type of run.  That&#x27;s enough for me, throw everything else out the window

I think the main reason why Syracuse beat Virginia is because Virginia&#x27;s perimeter offense was overrated. I was surprised at how well they performed offensively in the past 5 games when before that Virginia had a hard time scoring points. Syracuse has a great perimeter defense with the zone, and offenses have a hard time spreading out this defense, but North Carolina is a different beast. Their guard play is exceptional with the execution of the pick and roll, give and go and lob city. I believe Virginia lost the game in the 2nd half because they would not lob the ball over Syracuse&#x27;s defense. I believe if the Tar Heels do a few give and goes and if few lob&#x27;s to their stronger big men and keep the ball over the rim, they will win this game.I was surprised to see Virginia&#x27;s big man be a nonfactor down the stretch. He rarely got the ball and he was unable to block any shots. I think the Tar Heel big men are going to be ready for any drives that the orange can dish out.

Too hard for me to figure which? &#xD;&#xA;I might just take Carolina minus the "chalk" so you can celebrate twice as hard when you win. Heck, I&#x27;ll even celebrate with you. I&#x27;m very wealthy and I gamble just for fun, so a single loss is no big deal.
