Just a little info for you guys.
Havent posted in a while...been cold. But ive been hot this tourney just havent posted. Ive had some time this morning to look at this game, these are my thoughts.
Tenn beat Colgate by 7 in a CLOSE game.
Colgates star Rapolas Ivanauskas did not play the entire second half. He finished the game with 0 points going 0-4 from the field, 3 rebounds in 16 minutes before leaving the game with an eye problem. Even without a go to big tenn only outrebounded colgate by 4 - mostly on the offensive end..which was mostly because of the absence of 6 foot 10 Rapolas under the basket
Tenn allowed Colgate to shoot the 3 at 52%
What can Iowa do? Shoot the 3...and play in the paint.
Garza and Cook are bigger than williams and scholfield. Kyle Alexander for Tenn would be the only matchup height wise for garza and alexander doesnt play many minutes so I am not too worried about alexander outplaying garza, kids been playing out of his mind lately.
Cook had a bad game vs cinci only 5 points and they still won by 7 as dogs.
I think rebounds are going to be big in this game. And with Garza and Cook both on the floor the advantage falls with Iowa. Tenn seems to not cover everytime the rebounds are close

This is a new O/U that is higher than normal for both of these teams...
Just cover the 2nd half spread..
It's at the 13:00 minute mark for the 2nd half but I didn't pull the trigger on backing the Iowa spread for the 2nd half..
