Texas misses a fast-break layup at the buzzer

Yeh, I had Texas -10 1st-Half.  If it were ANY other team than the "JUMP OUT TO A BIG LEAD"-Texas, It would have been -9 off of a FULL game line of -17.5.  BUT since they DO get off to big leads and cover A LOT on 1st-half lines, the oddsmakers had no other reason than to charge an extra point from Texas.

Iowa St. has been down by 22, 19, 15, 10, 8, 7, 6, 4, 4, & 2 at halftime while being tied against Oklahoma St. and being UP by 7 points to Baylor (their only conference win).

Texas has jumped out to such staggering leads of up 25, 16, 16, 16, 16, 12, 11, 11, 8, 7, & 7 whil only being down to Kansas by -12 on their home court.  They then rallied against Kansas to win by 11 points. 

WHAT CAN YOU DO?  They've been good all year ATS.  Taxation can hurt "once in awhile".  How many times do you lose by 1 point?  Prolly close to 5% of the time.

We'll get em next time.  PLUS Texas will cover the FULL game line, making me MUCH happier than losing BOTH the 1st-Half AND the game spread.

Don't forget that the Almighty Vegas knew ALSO, hence why they set the line at -10, just for the idiots that took their bait!  LOL

But really,...don't double-think WHY you bet on a bet.  You did your research and you bet what you bet.  If you didn't FEEL GOOD when you put the bet in, then don't do it.  You should FEEL GOOD about NOT ONLY the bet, but WHY you bet.

AND IMO, IF YOU TOOK THE 1st-Half bet of -10 on Texas, I'm pretty sure that they CUD'VE hit a couple of those shots and that last shot "CUD'VE" dropped.

You bet BECUZ you think that the team that you bet on will break away from the line that the oddsmaker put out.  You DON'T bet becuz you think it'll be CLOSE.

IF YOU THINK IT'LL BE CLOSE, THEN DON'T BET.  PERIOD.

DON'T BET ON A FLIP OF A COIN AND UNDERSTAND MONEY MANAGEMENT AND YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT!!!!
