***This is Based on Strength of Schedule and not Total Wins...Texas Tech #53 SOS vs Utah St #113 SOS....Texas Tech Lost to Baylor (#1 seed) to WVU (#3 seed) to Kansas (#3 seed) to Okie St (#4 seed) all Twice..Then Once to Texas (#3 seed and Winner Big 12 Tourny) and Houston (#3 seed) this Season...If they had played in most other Conferences they would have been at Top...So with the Stronger Teams Played think it will have them Ready for Tourney vs Utah St...IMO...So....

***Strength of Schedule for Rutgers is #7...Clemson is #22 which is pretty good...Just think Rutgers played in a Tougher Conference in the Big 12 this Season and the ACC is somewhat down...Didn't like the Look of Clemson vs Miami
