Even day on Wednesday.  Was able to nail another Purdue play (now 8-3 the last 12 Purdue games) so it's good to see those hitting at a nice rate (expect another decent sized play on Sunday ).  Also hit with San Diego +17 (a SU winner ) and Pepperdine.  The day could easily been 6-0, losing 2 plays by one point (Youngstown and Tulane) and Georgetown who had a lead under 3 mins before UCONN ended the game on a 9-0 run.


Wanted to get one game in before I call it a night for Thursday:

STANFORD -1 (2U) - UCLA has been playing very well, but have had the luxury of 4 straight home games and now must travel on the road where they haven't been stellar.  Like Stanford for a small upset here (if you want to call it that).

Purdue just a quick thought.  I know it rarely comes into play but with that -1 with Stanford why not play ml -115? You are basically buy 1 point for 5 cents where as it usually cost you 10 cents for .5 point. Just seems to be more value.

i have ucla wrapped up in a teaser... i think it comes down to the wire and the way UCLA  is playing and crashing the boards i see them winning this game but BOL anyhow purdue vs ohio st is going to be a great game. what do you think the line will come out at?..

i dont mind -1 lines, it's anything that is higher that would make me consider going ML...at worst we see a push here if Stanford wins...should be close game

I'm guessing Purdue -2, o/u 137

I'm hoping for a small line or even a underdog for purdue, but most likely that won't happen

graduate of Purdue here and longtime and lifelong Purdue athletics fan....if anything, Ohio State will be -1.5 or -2 IMO. Honestly, home or not, I don't think we match up well at all with OSU.

After the easy win against Wisc.and perfect home record I cant see anyway they are going to give Purdue points at home,but we will see.
Damn GT just fell apart in that last couple of mins.,had a bad feeling on that one when the sec half line still had UConn winning.

i still don't like UCONN as a team...too much one on one.  Kemba had one of those.  I watched the entire 2nd half and some of his shots were just incredible and no one could do anything about it.

Agree about Purdue, which is why I think -2 is around where we will see the line.  But I'll gladly take + points or a PK

Ask yourself honestly why the line is -1.5 standford.....it makes no sense.

Yes this morning I woke up and looked at the big spreads and said woah just -1.5 for stanford?

they covered against washington.....oh right washington was favoured by -4.5....which ucla should be too..

ucla (18-7) is clearly going to blow out 13-11 stanford....that ultimately into january had a lot of pride defending a 13 game unbeaten streak at home....but now after losing 3 games there have to face a rebord ucla squad behind an actually all-pro player malcon lee as well as reeves nelson....stanford is an amateur pick tonight.

Watch out for those traps....

I mean u choose stanford over richmond +6.5? over santa clara +14.5?

this site never changes....always the same dumb announced obvious pick that every amateur in the game is on tonight.

I'll give you another example of the amateur's picks tonight (not to say necessarily they have no chance but down be surprised if you're not close

alabama -9.5 on the road in lsu (lsu loves to play at home and they play in front of like 20K) - forget that loss of 26 pts to mississippi at home that's why the spread is this high and it's a mistake...

pick lsu +9.5

clemson -2.5 - helllllllllo clemson on the road....this is the acc....all the team as lose closely located, home court shouldn't seem like an big advantage but the acc seems to have the biggest home court advantage of any of the confrences.

pick ncstate +2.5 (clemson is by no means virginia tech...and though they seem great..that's just their home court talking)

Stanford has played well at home, and although they haven't won every single game, they've been in them all...while UCLA hasn't looked good on the road this season either.

I'm sure you were one of the people on ohio st. last saturday when you thought to yourself "OMG #1 and unbeaten ohio st is a underdog?!?! let me get that! they will blow them out!"

PP any insight on the over/under on the richmond game. i was going to parlay richmond +6 and the over, but the total just jumped from 130 to 132.

Good luck tonight Purdue,,was looking at the Gopher game,,I hate betting against the Gophers,but I think your on the right side. Leaning Stanford too,just got to crunch some more numbers
