This is why unders are often so hard to stomach. You can cap a game perfectly and still get screwed.

I get the end of game fouls from the trailing team, but the foul when up 7 with 18 seconds to go makes no sense, even if the guy is going in for a dunk.

Absolutely. He caps it perfectly and game goes to OT. Oh well, I can deal with losing a play if I feel like I have capped it correctly and out solid reasoning behind it. I'm sure nropp is the same way. We'll gett'em this afternoon.

Having said that, free throws are all part and parcel of the couple minutes of basketball games. And Neil did advise betting the 2nd. half over.

Do Refs in college ball call things more by the books? I see a lot of traveling and fouls let go in the NBA not to harm the quality of the game.

NROPP - I'm looking forward to your later plays... Your analysis on the CMU BGSU game saved my f'n week yesterday.  I was either playing the Chips or the Mean Green and the analysis proved to be the tie breaker.

Pitt settled for outside shots early, they aren't settling anymore and it's opening up quite a bit, now they're hitting some outside shots as well. I like Pitt for the game, so assuming they continue to attack, St. John's is going to have to get out of the zone and with that, you get some more possessions. First half hit 34-35 possessions. Should get the same, if not more here.
