Come on guys I am sure this is a tongue in cheek type comment from the OP.  Perhaps he is referring to the fact that Providence has a 3-13 Big East conference record  (second worst in conference) and has dropped off the map in terms of being a powerhouse.  But there is a reason this line is so low.  I will not be playing it but BOL if you do.
