UConn @ Creighton

I know this a road game for UConn but @-2.5 it’s hard not to back them here. We just saw them destroy Marquette in Gampel Pavilion . Arguably the best team in the nation . No official play but leaning Huskies for now . Any thoughts ?

This.  Don’t be the guy trying to be cute betting against UConn.  Trust me, I’ve taken it in the ass a few times trying to be that guy.  This is the best team in the country.  They beat Creighton by 14 without Clingan last time.  They’ve lost one game as a fully healthy team this year and that was to Kansas early in the year.  If they played Kansas tomorrow they’d beat them by 15+.  This is a ridiculous good team with multiple good bench players also.  Creighton has nothing outside their starting 5.  These teams aren’t remotely close.  Creighton has lost to Butler and Villanova at home.  And should have lost to St John’s also.  They’ve beat DePaul, Georgetown, Providence, Xavier at home in conference.  So not like they’ve had some significant home court advantage.  UConn or pass for me.  

FWIW Clingan did play in the first matchup but it was his first game back from injury and he didn’t start. UConn played stifling defense in the first matchup.

You’re right, I didn’t see him in the starting 5.  Didn’t see that he came off the bench that game.  

I have this line at  -5.5. It makes zero sense to me why it’s -2.5. With that said strange things sometimes occur should this line balloon to 5 or 6. 

UCONN or no play. They could easily win by DD. 

Jays have no edge vs. UConn, except for HCA.

Creighton no. 360 in the 'steals per possession' category. Hard to beat a quality team when you can't take the ball away.

Line seems super trappy . Uconn hasn't beaten a ranked road team since 2014........( I know crazy I had to look it up my self ) Roll Jay's
