I'm thinking about canceling my +6.5 bet and grabbing the +8 that's now available. Anyone think my book would be OK with this?...

I just can't believe this money that has bet against this Umass team moving the lines the other way in each of these NIT games. I bet them at 6.5 and at 7.5 and now am going to triple down at 8!

Someone must be working off of full season stats without having seen this team play. They are ten times better now then when the season started.

Let's not call money the reason for the line steaming yet if we are not completely sure of it. I know for one I am not a firm believer that this is true sharp money coming in on this Drexel team.  That's usually good enough for me as I tend to listen to myself quite often. Just remember not all steam is good steam...

Proceed with caution......Drexel does not lose this game and they are annoying bastards on "D" plus good shooters and have yet to lose at their place....61% of Covers on U-Mass.....I was thinking earlier that U-mass should cover 8. Something just seems off on this one. Would not be surprised to see Drexel win by 12......I already have U-Mass but I am not sure anymore.

Told the manager at the PH book after cashing the Umass bet Sat morning they if he put up Umass +4 or higher I would max bet it. Prob should have extended the Vegas trip. At least I can get down online.

How can you be so sure of that? Just because they are unbeaten at home this season?

If the play like they did against N Iowa theres a very real chance they lose this game.

Iv'e had the liberty of watching Drexel play on numerous occasions this year. Iv'e seen the lows and the high's. Drexel is a fools gold bet tonight IMO as even UCF & UNI were 2 patsy teams that barely stood in their way of getting here(And UNI almost beat them). One thing I watched Drexel struggle with this year was pressure defense and speed. Umass has developed much better on the pressure point of that aspect in recent games and they surely have the speed and willingness to push, push, push the tempo. And that's were I can see a big flaw in Drexel's defense. Sure they play great half court defense. But give me the team catching way too many point's vs a team that has played Towson, William & Mary, Northeasetern & James Madison all twice(That's 8 wins right there with the snap of a fingure)...

I remember back in November when I caught some grief for taking Norfolk St +15 vs Drexel back on 11/18/11 when right after Marquette wiped the floor with Norfolk...


I am just a firm believer that Drexel is in over their heads right now and Umass is very capable of running up this score if they get ahead...

umass all the way tonite.....people are doing way toooo much thinking on  this one...forget the reverse line movement ....forget the fact brandon lang is on umass....forget how many covers people are on drexel because joe public is on umass....just look at the two teams and their track records over the last few weeks!!!,.......this will be a very close HARD FOUGHT GAME tonite....take the points!!!....8 is way too many for this drexel team to be handing to a very dangerous and talented UMASS!!!!....way too much love for drexel!...drexel is not a kansas, syracuse, marquette, kentucky!!!!,...they are ONLY drexel!!!...could beat anybody, but could also LOSE to anybody!!...as they proved on sunday with  northern iowa!...take the points!!!!take UMASS!

tidbit I found and posted on my play +8 on UMASS.

Drexel's SOS opponent offense is ranked #275. You can put up some impressive DEFENSIVE #'s when you face shit weak offenses.

if you can honestly look at the way umass has been  playing right now and the last three weeks....in a conference  tuffer than drexel......and then give them 8 free points against a team which is playing well like umass is....then bet the farm on drexel!!...i for one am not fooled!!....this will be a very good game tonite ....i am taking the eight and umass!....

That's pretty where I stand on this....hell I don't know if UMass wins or not but I certainly think they can but giving up 8 simply means you think Umass has no chance in this game and that's simply not true. Just looking at the way they've been playing and they have a great chance of winning this game straight up but you tell me you will give me 8pts well hell I'm taking it each and every day and win or lose I live with my decision....
