You know Rocky, I did look at that one. Lean to St. Joseph's, but just couldn't pull the trigger. I would consider them in teasers I guess. Best of luck!

Seton Hall visits the struggling Blue Demons, who are losers of three straight both SU and against the spread. Funny enough, Depaul's last win came against this same exact Seton Hall squad back on Jan. 22nd. Depaul won 64-60 on the road, as 9.5-point dogs.
I'm not using that road win as a reason for backing Depaul tonight. Here are my reasons:
Seton Hall might be 15-6, and Depaul might be a sub .500 team, but the Blue Demons are superior to Seton Hall on paper. The Blue Demons average more points per game, higher FG %, better FT %, and a better bench. Seton Hall certainly has the better defense though.
With that being said, Depaul is 4-1 against the spread off 2 days of rest. They average 72.4 on 2 days of rest while allowing 73.2. Seton Hall has put up a total of 170 points in the last 2 games. They average 71 points per game, but that average dips to 66 on the road. We aren't going to see any 80-point outbursts tonight. Seton Hall's defense is allowing 64.7 points, but their defense isn't as intense on the road, allowing 70.6.
In their last 5 games, Depaul has shot 42.3% from the field, 34.2% from downtown, and 68.2% at the line. Seton Hall's last 5 look like this: 40.3% from the field, 31.5% from long range, and 67.5% at the line.
As I said earlier, Depaul is superior to this team. From what I see, Seton Hall might win the rebound game, but Depaul has the overall edge here, and they are hungry for a win. This is a last possession type game in my opinion. All Depaul has to do is hang tough and don't give a lackluster effort on the defensive side. The offense will be there tonight. Depaul 72 Seton Hall 69
Good luck folks.

My 2nd half wager is not based on my original teaser by the way. In a way, I'm doubling up I guess, but after seeing that first half, I have to back them to play better this half. Nothing was falling for the Mountaineers and they had no offensive flow whatsoever. Look for them to really pump up the press this half, and create some turnovers. I'll be shocked if this game is decided by more than 14. I'll roll the dice. Good luck.
