nice run Jfen. I've been reading/sometimes following for the last week. With you last night on Seton Hall!
I was wondering if you'd be willing to talk a bit about he Dayton/Bonnies game tonight. My initial lean was to the steadily improving Dayton team. Trap? I really like Southern Miss to keep that game close. Stl/Temple, conference battle with intense defense?

I really like the Bonnies for a few reasons. Olean, NY is a brutally tough place to play and Dayton is on its second consecutive road game after a major win @ Temple that snapped the Owls' 27-game home winning streak. They'll also be without senior swingman Chris Johnson, who is one of their two most important players (along with Dillard). Losing Josh Benson last week, as well, was a big blow.
Not sure if I'll play the Temple-SLU game. Two good defenses, but both are playing a little faster than last year.
Likely will be on Southern Miss. They might get 20 offensive boards tonight.

Any thoughts on Denver +3 tonight at Colorado St? Think they can win outright?
Weird matchup. Up-tempo Rams against the snail-paced Pioneers. Whoever dictates tempo probably wins. CSU likely will have difficulty with the Princeton system. No lean. Probably ends up being a close game one way or another.

What about Auburn catching all those points? Isn't Auburn's coach a former Calipari assistant? Does Auburn have enough to hang?
I'd take Auburn if forced to play it. First SEC road game for half of UK's roster and a lot of value on Auburn after its rather awful showing in Nashville on Saturday. If Kentucky is fully-focused, though, this could get ugly.

Just looking at the Mich-N.W. game and came up with these stats. Conference play Mich shoots the 3 ball 28-84 for around 30% and defends 26-65 around 36%. N.W. shoots the 3 ball in 3 conference games at 21-59 around 33% and defends 20-44 around 47%.
Couple of notes here as Mich will play 6 of there next 8 games away from Crisler playing 5-7 conference games. They just played Wisc as did Mich St. last week and St. just put up 95 after Wisc game.
I like the way N.W plays offensely as after the Ohio St. game have looked good as a team with some different players besides crawford and shurna scoring. Mich has 5 guys who can go double digits in any game. Lots of 3 balls and I think a loose game for Mich at home after a Wisc game so over 132 I like alot.If you have time I would appreciate your insight into what I wrote. Thanks and good luck tonite.

Love the Southern Miss play. This Southern Miss team is no slouch. In my eyes they are just as good as Murray St. I will be on Southern Miss with you. Cant imagine them letting Memphis blow them out, especially watching Southern Miss play @ Tulane. They seemed like they were giving 80% the whole game and still won, although it took them OT to win, their wasnt a time in the game I was worried Southern Miss wouldnt win. Think they have alot of energy saved up and I see Southern Miss hanging around this whole game, and with the young team of Memphis, if they dont take care of the ball Southern Miss may win SU.

Good stuff. You're right about the 3 balls flying at a high rate and both teams are capable of getting HOT behind the arc. The over is the only play I could make on this game. NW defense is shoddy and this is probably Michigan's best offensive team since Beilein took over.
