What am I missing with Middle Tennessee?

Opened at -8 and down to -6.5 with the public all over them. Looks to be a complete mismatch. Home game with the chance to clinch their division. KenPom has this as a 15 point game. I have $5400/2k on the ML but have started to feel uneasy as tip draws closer. 

You may not be missing anything.  I feel the same way you do.  

Plus MTSU undefeated at home, and 18-5 ATS for season, they have been a cash cow for me all year.  

Try to drown out the noise.  If I listened to everything people write I would've missed so many bets on spots I loved Providence in this season. 

We obviously know anything can happen, but I see no reason to overthink it and not bet MTSU.

I love them on a tease also.  When ya ever gonna see Gonzaga -10.  Looks nicer at -4 lol.  or -2 on a 3 teamer.  USC is playing a wet napkin too.

 you could also hedge out and take some Marshall ML, and not have to sweat as much

Well I looked into this matchup and got some good news and some bad news.

The bad news is that there's not much good news, no not really.

Good: MT's defense improves significantly during home games. 

Bad: Marshall has an incredibly fast tempo, similar to Gonzaga. 

MT wins average games by 6 or 7.  Marshall loses average games by about 6 or 7. 

Both teams defend the 3's well.  On average they both shoot similar percentages.  

MT's defense needs to step up.  Best of luck to you. 

Nothing just have to throw in the towel and hope the game goes as it should.  Maybe consider the over separate if you think Marshall can keep up with them, it could hedge your bet.

Marshall wins this game. They won at UTEP and blew out Southern Miss. 

The Marshall vs. MTSU rivalry has always been a pretty competitive one over the years.......D'Antoni's high pick-n-roll action with his bigs has always given them trouble.......however Marshall has been hot garbage this year and could easily lose this game by 20+........I took Marshall because of the history factor but this line should really be more like MTSU -10 if you look at this year's stats........good luck today my friend......
