I'll say the biggest ram job had to of been Oklahoma.
Ranked 30th by KP, 5th hardest schedule. Porter Moser has tournament experience and made magic happen. How do you not want a team like this in the big dance?
I do understand that they had 15 losses, on paper most would be scratching their heads if they were to get in.
Fwiw, I have watched plenty of OU this year. Their sets are great, and they always find the open guy. The problem is they don't shoot well.
Be on the lookout next year, but more so the following year. Once Porter gets some of his recruits on the floor, that pack line D will be a problem for the big12.
This dude is a top 5 coach in the ncaa.
On another note, I'd look to fade Wisconsin and Providence in the first rd.

Texas A&M, and it ain't close! Beat, and all these teams are in, Notre Dame, Alabama, Arkansas (twice), Auburn. Lost to Kentucky in OT, at Arkansas in OT. Several L's were one, two possession games. Went 9-9 in sec reg. season and played in tournament championship game. Notre Dame, 17-12 Michigan? A joke

I can’t agree on Oklahoma. That’s like saying wvu. I bet them plenty and lost and it was more than just shooting. That freshman point guard had a 47% turnover rate. Turnovers crushed them. They just didn’t mesh well together really. They always figured out ways to lose. Goldwire was a total dud and joiner couldn’t carry the team. I think they’ll be good once he beuilds his team without all the failed transfers . however, I think wake kinda got hosed

OU and A & M on top of the list. The Committee needs to give much more weight to Conference tourneys …. Since it basically is the NCAA tourney for the smaller conferences. A & M making it to SEC final and OU beating 1 seed Baylor and almost beating 3 seed Tex T, should have warranted bids.

Got to be Texas A&M. Their metrics must be awful considering their record. I think that their play down the stretch should have earned them at least a play-in game.

Wyoming is in a play-in game.

It's called the bubble for a reason, someone is bound to be "shafted" - if you don't like it, play your way off the bubble. IE, no one on the bubble gets shafted

The Friar's will get hit hard and fast. The Jack Rabbit's have the best effective FG % in basketball, and #1 in 3pt % at 44.2%. They're 7% better from the charity stripe than Providence.
Shooters gonna shoot.
They're a lengthy bunch, don't get blocked much. They don't turnover the ball. #7 in opponent steals per game.
The Jack Rabbits bring tempo on the floor. The Friars in the BigEast don't play any fast teams minus St. John's, Marquette and a horrible Georgetown team, where they've gone 2-4 su in the 1H against. They're non conference schedule was vs low tempo teams.
The Rabbits brought back everyone from last year, these guys play well together and with cohesion. SDS is on a 21 game winning streak. The Friars won't know what hit them imo.
Good Luck

I had 31 of 32 in the NIT, no idea what they saw with Utah St. I didn't even have them on my radar. I had South Carolina as the last team in the NIT, with St. Johns next, Florida St. and then UNLV. When they revealed Utah St. I was like somebody must have a connection to the committee because they definitely don't deserve an NIT bid.

Bellarmine? Wins the conference and due to stupid rule can't go dancing..........and from what I was reading were under the impression they could at least go to the NIT, but because the NCAA owns the NIT, they can't go to that either.
Sure they signed up for that, but they still got f'ed in the end.
What is even more confusing to me is how they just give the bid to the team that had the best conference record, even if that team lost in the conference tourney. So Jax State gets in instead of Jax, which ended up at least making it to the final against Bellarmine. Stupid rules.

bellarmine gives competition fits as we saw early on in this season. they're going to be sneaky good and their coach will be moving on to greener pastures after they start getting bids. bellarmine for sure got screwed. dumb rule
