Texas Tech is not one of the best defensive team, they’re the Best in defensive efficiency. The big 12 was the best conference, the ACC is the fourth best. The Red Raiders allow 60 ppg and their opponents shoot 38%.

Why are they even playing this game
Seriously - this game will be about pace and who controls tempo - Duke needs to get out and run but if Tech gets them into a half court game Tech wins a game in the 60’s

@DialedCaper7
I may not know everything but I know in the world of sports betting, I'm more well versed than you are, far more. I don't make idiotic comments that come back to haunt me either. But good luck to you, everyone has a right to their opinions.

Because tech has the ability to punch them in the mouth and have Duke flustered and playing careless offensively and can maintain an elite level of intensity for 40 straight minutes...

Texas tech LARGE (fav play of the tourney). Give me the the experienced better team, imo, over the bigger name younger team that didn’t even show up to coach k’s last home game and weren’t able to at least make up for it by winning the acc tourney.
Also like Arizona and Michigan. (Sorry first day on here can’t make my own thread yet so posting here).

Peel the onion back and look at the numbers:
TT is ranked 12th and has an sos 25 . Duke is ranked 8th and has a sos of 68. TT shooting % def is 37% Duke is at 42% - that should at least cause you to pause. The line opened up at pk (madduxsports.com). Looking at history i see Duke taking the f/h - my data indicates a tight game that could go either way. BOL on your choice.

Good close out by Duke. Texas Tech didn’t play well the last 3 or 4 minutes. The talent level is about even with both of these teams. The game could have gone either way. Good free throw shooting by the Devils 15-18. Go Arkansas!
