such a good defensive team with offense as well,

yes i'm having a crappy tourney (3-9 or something like that) so fade away if you wish, because fading me the last 6 yrs here at covers means you don't even win 44% (my ATS posted is 56.7% the last 6 yrs at covers with hundreds of picks)

Very good rebounding team as well wins against Pitt Gonz Ohio St dominating performance.Pitt was one of the top teams in the big east look what they did to them.Taking the points should be good here.

GL: grid this garbage is unpredictable!

the teams they have played could beat them if the refs would do their job and call the fouls equally ,but they are not ..they play to rough , need to go to nba ..THEY ARE THUGS

yea man they kicked the crapp out of good teams in Pitt, Gonz, Ohio St, and even LaSalle was a pretty damn good mid major.

final score of Gonz and Ohio st game does not indicate how they dominated both of those top seeds.

nothing wrong with winning with physical play.  ask the detroit pistons from 89 and 90 who won championships both years.  if the refs are not calling it, thats the refs problem not wichita state's

I dont think LaSalle is considered a mid major. Upsets in these tourneys shouldnt be a shock, these teams have never played one another and the style contrasts and time to prep for teams makes it difficult, besides its a one game sample and when you put two teams that never played one another in one game basically anything can happen.

okay La Salle is in the A-10 which is a good conf, but they have not made the tourney since 1992 so i would not put them in the class of Pitt, Gonz, and Ohio State, seeds 8, 1, and 2, respectively, who have made the tourney basically every year save for Pitt who missed last yr or the yr before.

La Salle is no juggernaut dude

I didnt know wichita dominated zags. Pretty sure zags wrre up and wichita hit 7 3s in a row to beat them. Bottom line is wichita will see guard unlike they have seen bfor. Its not like their gona b guarding craft who cant shoot to save his life

Nobody said LaSalle is a juggernaut, but the conference decides if a team is a mid major or not, you obviously dont know what the term means.

prikks who gave me no credit for my 5 - 1 - 1 run during the NFL playoffs from Jan to Feb 2013, were all of a sudden ripping me for a tough start to the tourney,

other way around.  wich st jumped up 13 early, held the lead for most of the game, gonz hit 5 threes in row and still only cut the lead to 4 after doing that, it was a huge lead that they just could not cut into,

you were truly on WICH ST v Pittsburgh in the round of 64?  Pittsburgh had a veteran team that went 12-6 in the rugged Big East this yr.  Wich St had several transfers and lost 4 of their top 5 scorers from last yr.  What did you know in the rd of 64 that the rest of us did not??

Absolutely was but it really doesn't matter to me what u believe. There were plenty of ppl on them obviously as they were only a 4-5 pt dog against Pitt. The problem here is they have not seen guards like this all year long. Smith and Siva are faster than anybody the shockers have gone up against and behanan and dieng can match Wichita st's physicality in the paint. Could the shockers hang around? Of course they could but it is a lot easier for me to hit submit on the Ville then it is hoping the shockers can hang around for 40 minutes. GL

 Pretty easy path.............was already stated here how overrated  Gonzaga is & that they didn't deserve a 1.........Pitt  & ohio st are consistent folders

i agree Gonzaga did not deserve a 1 seed but what do you think they deserved, a 10 seed?

come on now.  2 seed or maximum worst seed a 3.  still a nice win for WICH ST as Gonz has talent,

and Ohio St?  the backcourt and a few other key guys from this team led them to the final 4 last yr.

let's give a little more credit where it's due, please
