Who was the Kansas guy who was out for the earlier meeting in East Lansing? I forget... and is he back for this game or did he take the medical redshirt they were talking about?

Mario Little - 2nd or 3rd guy off the bench. Great game against Dayton. Self is kind of playing him out of position at power forward but he can score.

If you look past Michigan St youre just not that smart, simple as that. Izzo has the bangers. Hes in Big Ten country. It will be a close game but MSU will win. Too many bigs for the no rebounding KU team!

havent seen to many opinions on the o/u, it should be a close game, hard to say ku has lack of experience when their 2 stars were solid contributors on last years squad which if i recall correctly won the national championship..."superior coaching" hahah bill self honestly is probly the best coach in the nation...msu is the better team, and will probably win...i like the under, feels very safe here...this game should be in the 60s

I wanna take Michigan St. but the Big Ten is awful and I just don't trust the teams in that conference. There's also a revenge factor in this game too. Maybe the safe bet is to just stay away but I'm too much of an addict to do that so I'll lay the points and take the Spartans.

Kansas has been where before? All i know is the kansas team that is together right now is the same kansas team that lost to michigan state by double digits earlier this year. call it a fluke, but i dont think so. check out mich st.'s non-conf wins vs. kansas...
mich st beat ok st., texas, bradley, kansas, and just took USC out of the tourney
kansas beat wash, tenn, sienna and thats about it. oh yeah, btw, they got their ass beat when they took a trip down to AZ.
bet mich st. to win easily.......

OK, so many opinions so many people trying to pick fights. Looking at this objectively here is what I see:
Rankings of teams by categories:
Pace of Play: KU - 78 / MICHST - 116
Off. Efficiency: KU - 25 / MICHST - 29
Def. Efficiency: KU - 7 / MICHST - 12
Winning %: KU - 8 / MICHST - 16
Consistency: KU - 161 / MICHST - 244
In-Conference Schedule Strength: KU - 34 / MICHST - 21
Out-of-Conference Schedule Strength: KU - 79 / MICHST - 36
Non tangibles:
Bill Self has only lost to a single team in his KU history two times in a single year (Texas in 2006).
KU lost to MICHST during the early part of the year, at Michigan State, when nobody though KU was going to amount to anything and yet here they are.
KU advanced out of the first round based primarly on the play of two players and self has stated that the remainder of the team "WILL" contribute this game.
Personally I will be on Kansas tonight taking my one point. GL to everyone regardless of the side you fall on.
