All opinions and debates welcome - Groovy is about 2 Load up on  Auburn !!! They will suffocate that weak LSU offense an_violin

I like lsu to match physically on defense and I think it's a fg kind of game I'm thinking this one comes down to the last drive.

Washington’s offense is light years ahead of the LSU offense- they have 2 of the best WR’s in the country and they made some amazing catches- the Huskies couldn’t run the ball at all- the Auburn front 7 will be a big mismatch against the LSU offensive line- LSU also has key injuries on defense- this is a Day game and it is at Auburn- I expect Auburn to do what Georgia did to South Carolina- it will be close for a quarter or so and the LSU team will get over run- Burrow holds the ball for a long time as well- this could lead to some turnovers- LSU has trouble converting 3rd downs against a crappy SLU team at home- how will they fare against Auburn in a hostile environment? I just don’t see how LSU competes here. Ensminger and Coach I ate in over their heads and I see a 31-13 type game here.

Boys ? Auburn can beat any team in the country -Bama/Georgia/ and even the juggernaut Ohio st- I don’t see how LSU gets a offensive touchdown ?  Auburn got a furrocious D-line - LSU beat a weak Miami team - Now I will admit LSU defense is legit- But Gus is a great offensive mind and will find ways 2 score 27-9 AUBURN!!!!     an_violin

I think LSU may have something up their sleeve this Saturday. They absolutely shut down the passing game the 2nd half of their cupcake game last Saturday. All that means is instead of 27-9, it might be 27-21. Just my 2 cents.....

Coming from a LSU fan. We beat Auburn at home last year.....I think Aurburn gets the job done at home. I'm looking for a blowout in the second half.

I've taken the -9.5 on Auburn, I think they're a better team and the game stacks up well for them. I respect LSU but duhU put in a disagraceful showing.

I would not be surprised to see Auburn win by 17+ and pull away in the 2nd half.

Auburn has a recent history of winning and covering these big SEC games at home . 
This is the young LSU QB first big road game in the SEC .
LSU banged up defensivley .
Washington played AU close but was a #6 team .
LSU still drunk after winning Nationally televised game ag Respected opponent .
Revenge for Auburn .
Im not playing this game at 10 but my opinion is Auburn or no play

Auburn definitely gets the win here but I'm not feeling the line here.  It still looks a little inflated.  After Georgia covered the same spread -9.5  -10 last week. It just seems like a Vegas setup.   Lau maybe gets blown out early and get traction late and Auburn stops defending.  Or another scenario.  Auburn turns it over giving Lsu easy point early then cant cover 2 scores late.

I'll bring it back ever so slightly. LSU has a really good FG kicker this year. Having to take every opportunity to score, I'll go for two offensive touchdowns, and two field goals, so that's 20.

Don't even know why I'm posting. This is a different LSU team, but the fact that they lost to Towson and beat Auburn last year makes you scratch your head, and well as your betting slip.......an_getaway

QB'S stats don't mean everything, look at borrow's vs Miami, he can make moat of the throws so they don't sell out on the run, the LSU WR's did him no favors, my book has LSU at +10, if i can get +11 I'll jump all over it

I settled for the under here at 45... Everyone who is for LSU is banking on their defense to make the plays needed, but the defense showed some high areas of concern against Miami, particularly with the Deep Ball, and I think Stidham is leagues better than Miami's qb.

LSU has serious holes on the O-line with the loss of Mgahee for another week or 2 and the Suspension of Ingram, one of our best positions now looks like the weakest. When Burrow has been pressured, he showed significant weakness, and SLU was able to sack him 3 times last weekend... twice in a row

One thing LSU hasn't done this season is turn the ball over, so if they can protect the ball and sustain some drives, with the transfer field goal kicker who has a 54yd and 50yd field goals to start the season, I can see a cover by LSU

I don't think the Defense gets gashed enough to lose by 20, and most who are taking Auburn are simply doing so b/c they don't think the LSU offense can score. And that might be a pretty safe bet, but if they CAN score, LSU most certainly has the talent to win this one outright

La-the-kid totally agree - Gus is a great offensive mind coach - he’s going wear down that LSU defense with his NASCAR offense - Auburn scores just enough and cover this puppy -

One huge edge for LSU is their special teams.... Auburn will def gain more yards between the 40's but will they be able to score TD's when they get inside the 20. or at the very least will they be able to score FG's inside the 40....
'
If they play similarly to how they played against Washington, there's a good chance they dont cover...
