Going to have to look at recent games, competion, etc. to figure this one out. Good luck as I hit the road for the evening and listening to the game in the car
Midd Tn St: Won last 3 games against weaker opponents except for Florida International if you want to call them decent. The other two combined for a 6-18 record (W.KY and Fl Atlantic). Prior to the last 3 they lost to North Texas (3-9) at home and (4-8) Arkansas State.
Miami OH: Won last 5 games including the last 2 against 11-3 N.Illinois, 8-4 Temple....the previous 3 were against crap teams Buffalo, Bowling Green and Akron with a combined record of 5-31 and only beat those 3 by a combined 20 points.
Miami OHIO Offense: Freshman QB Austin Boucher may have hit his stride after his 3rd start since Dysart went down. Threw for 333 yards, 63%, 1Td and no picks against N.Illinois. SR WR Armand Robinson leads the way as the #10 receiver in the nation with 6.92 recepts per game including 14 and 176 against N.Illinois.
Miami #114 in rushing, #35 in passing, #103 in scoring , however #21 in turnover margin may play a key tonight.
Midd Ten St Offense: #120 in turnover margin.....ummmm....thats last out of 120 teams!!
SR QB Dasher is brutal. 6 tds, 14 picks, and a 57% completion percentage. Yes he has 7 td runs, but also has his lowest avg per carry 3.6 of all 4 seasons.
Midd TN: #30 rush, #81 passing, #59 scoring. #106 in passing efficency.
Miami Defense: #20 against the rush (held N.Illinois to 92 yards at a 2.9 per cary), #53 pass defense, #28 in sacks and #12 in tackles for a loss....very good.
Midd TN Defense: #100 in rushing defense, #22 passing, #67 in scoring defense.
Overall And Pick:
Miami OH should win the turnover game, stop the run and make Midd TN win on the arm of a poor SR QB.
Miami OH +3 -140 bought a point to get to 3
