I would be remiss if I didn't post some thoughts on the IB this year.
This is a game where I believe both defenses have an advantage over the counterpart's offense. When Auburn has the ball, Alabama's defense has a 51% of scoring, versus Auburn's offense 49%. Seriously though, I don't see how Auburn offense scores in this game.
On the flip side, I think Auburn's defense is going to play very well in this game. I think points will be at a premium, and we all know going into to any big game that Alabama's kicker will miss at least one or two very makeable field goals at crucial points in the game.
All of this spells UNDER, UNDER, UNDER. Although I don't think it'll be quite as low-scoring as the LSU game, I do think this will be a similar type game. The only thing that keeps me off of Auburn +17 is what I believe to be their complete inability to score points in this game. Thus, my plays are as follows:
Auburn @ Alabama UNDER 47.5 (Way UNDER IMO)
Auburn Team Total UNDER 14.5
Thinking Auburn scores 10
