I liked Buffalo last year, and was wrong, but don't like them this year.

Leipold has already lost the team.  They don't feel he can coach, and he made a huge mistake not offering a scholarship to Khalil Mack's brother.  Tyree Jackson is an athletic QB but he can't throw an accurate football.  

UB dropped 4 sports a couple weeks ago to save 2 million.  A lot of people thought they should have dropped football back down to FCS.  UB football loses 6 million a year.

I would consider myself a MW specialist, and if the O/U on Colorado St is 6.5 take the over, thats easy money...

The Mountain West should be pretty interesting this year, as of right now, there are 5 teams with a legitimate chance to win the MW championship.   

Boise State is returning QB Brett Rypien and even though they're losing their top WR and RB, they're returning a serious weapon in WR Cedrick Wilson.  They're losing a lot of starters, but they have the easiest time replacing talent through recruiting.

SDST- They're losing the 2015 and 2016 Offensive and defensive players of the year in Damontae Kazee and Donell Pumphrey.  They can replace Pumphrey with Rashaad Penny, but i'm more concerned with guys like: Kazee, LB Calvin Munson, G Nico Saragusa, DL Alex Barnett, OT David Brunskill, DL Kyle Kelley, and DB Malik Smith. 

Wyoming- They're returning Josh Allen at QB, whi is getting top 10 draft hype by some.  I really dont think Allen's play has warranted that kind of attention, but we'll see if his production will continue.  Wyoming will be losing their 4 best offensive players, RB Brian Hill, WR Tanner Gentry, and TE Jacob Hollister, and OT Chase Rouiller.

Colorado St:  I think they should be the favorite to win the MW, they're returning their QB- Nick Stevens. RB- Dayln Dawkins and RB Izzy Mattews WR- Michael Gallup (who might be the best player in the MW) along with 9 of 11 returning starters on defense.   They have question marks, but we've seen what this team can do when they're playing well, and they arent trying to replace key players.

Speaking of new stadiums, UNLV should be playing in the new raiders stadium expected to be completed in 2020.

I don't know what good that would do.  Students can go to games for free, the stadium is on campus, and no one goes even when the team is winning.


Trying to rebrand the school as University of New York had to be among the worst decisions.  They spent a ton of money on that and it got no where, and pissed off Buffalo people.  You can still see the old logo a little on the floor of Alumni where they painted over it.

IMO, drop the team back down to FCS where it belongs, add an ice hockey program, and put all the resources into that and hoops and try to get into the Atl 10 or Big East...

Schedule has up to 9 games the Rams could be the Chalk in ....

The 7 Red games are key = 4-3 or better could put the Rams in the MWC Championship

Lose the first 2 and the Rams could be in toilet

Plenty of Rich Alums were PISSED about the UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK marketing attempt    ( EPIC FAIL)

Building that WACK ARSE Football stadium with a crappy   running track around it was a HUGE MISTAKE...

The MAIN SHORT SIGHTED GOAL AT THE TIME WAS TO HOST THE WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES ... They achieved that, but WE WERE LEFT WITH A HORRIBLE STADIUM TO WATCH FOOTBALL IN ...

LOCAL MEDIA barely Gives the Bulls any coverage ....
( High school games have better actual attendance) 
Those Clowns on WGR only talk SABRES AND BILLS 24 HOURS A DAY ...( they dont even realize the NHL/NBA PLAYOFFS ARE HAPPENING ) 



IMNHO they will NEED FBS COLLEGE FOOTBALL  TO CONDENSE INTO 8+ LARGE CONFERENCES ..
Which I believe could happen in the next 4-6 years...

Would Derwin James have any chance of winning the Heisman Trophy?

Read an article that said he's one of the best college players and has the chance to be the first defensive winner in 20 years.

I can currently back him at +6700 on with the UK sportsbook I use.

I have promoted Oregon in some of my post recently.  Backing off of those post.

Oregon has some major problems going on with their coaching staff.  Not to mention a sorry defense.

I'm not sure this team will go 6-6....sure as hell AIN'T going to bet on it.
