I Love MAC Football , and this should be a Huge year for Miami Ohio ....I would make them a HUGE chalk to win the MAC East ....

Odds makers seem to be very sharp setting the REDHAWKS win total at OVER 8 +105 ..... 

I dont the The season win total is a good bet and would suggest just betting them to WIN the Division and Conference at decent odds ....

MIAMI OHIO has a softer MAC schedule avoiding the Top dogs from the WEST = TOLEDO , WMU 


at MARSHALL W 3.1
Could be a tight one , Trying my best to pass on this and just focus on MAX play ...Might be better off having them lose here and keep there value for Conference play

CINCINNATI  W 6.2
Bearcats are in rebuild mode ...This could be a good spot if only laying 4 or less 

AT CENTRAL MICHIGAN W 3.8 +
Chipps lost QB Cooper Rush and should be average in MAC play

Hoping to catch 17+ in this spot ... Stopping the big play will be the key .//
   Again worried MAC play might be the Focus

Falcons are not what they once were ....

AT KENT W 9.6+
Golden Flashes are another average squad 

BUFFALO W 13.3+
Bulls coach might get fired this season if they are not more competitive ....

at OHIO  W 3.4 +
 Could be for the East Crown , although I think the bobcats take a step back this season 

AKRON W 12.9 +

EASTERN MICHIGAN W 10.4 +


at BALL ST W 8.4
Might already have the East locked up coming in ..



11-1 is very possible .... But honestly I think they split at Marshall and vs Cincinnati and lose one in conference =  9-3 ?????

Hope SMU Cashes the Season win total with games to spare ....Thought odds makers would be sharper on them this season , but I guess they whiffed ( only time will tell) ....I Believe the Over 5 is the Best Futures play on the board and it's not even close ....

Their CUSA EAST hopes may all come down to the 2nd last game at WKU ...or they could already be up by 2+ games at that point as the Conference schedule is very doable on paper ...

Avoiding La Tech and So Miss from the West while catching UTSA at home ...

3 out of the 4 CUSA  ROAD GAMES look soft = AT FAU/  AT UAB / AT CHARLOTTE ....

 The Noon conference slate looks difficult and could set up excellent in Conference ATS VALUE ...


VANDERBILT L 4.2 +
Doores are solid on D and Blue Raiders have some holes on the O Line ....

at SYRACUSE L 5.9+    
What will the total be ??? 75+ ????
Orange could be much better on the field this year ( maybe not W/L's)

at MINNESOTA  L3.5+/ W1+
Could be a coin flip game and if 0-2 MTSU might be catching a good amount of points ... Hoping for 13+

BOWLING GREEN  W 10.2+
Even with a 0-3 start this spot should get them up for cusa play 

AT FAU  W 4.5+
Owls should be improved but dont think they can keep up here ..Blue Raiders put up 77 in this spot LY 

FIU   W 14.6+
Confidence could be soaring with 2-0 CUSA START 

AT UAB  W 16.5+
Another beat down ???

MARSHALL W 8.2+
happy they catch HERD at home ..

UTEP  W 14.4+   
Miners should be toast here 

at CHARLOTTE W 10.2 +

AT WKU   L 4.5+
Will this game decide the East ??? or will the Hilltoppers already have 2+ L's ( at OLD D / at Marshall )

This might decide the East crown , Nice to get Monarachs at home ...

Your in depth numbers and system is top notch!  its that of a buffet investor.  Always looking at the value.  I hope you invest in Wall Street as well???  Maybe start a forum for Stocks??  HA!. 


Quick question.  At this point how far are you invested total into this years futures GOY lines week 1 ect?   In other words how much more will you be investing into season before it starts?  you over half way there or almost done?  Thanks for the posts,  first ones I come to when I get on covers.

This provides a baseline of 3 wins

Every other game is difficult:

At TCU, loss

Arkansas St in Dallas (we both know about Arkansas St, are you truly counting on this game as a lock for SMU?)

At Houston, loss (with revenge)

at Cincinnati (Cincy rebuilding, but obviously this is an away game)

Tulsa in Dallas (should be a tremendous game)

UCF in Dallas (should be a tremendous game)

at Navy (will be tough)

at Memphis (will be tough)

Tulane in Dallas (Fritz' 2nd year at Tulane; this is not your Mother's typical Green Wave squad)

To me, it looks like a push at 5 and could very well come down to the Tulane game for the over

Should be close to done with week 1 , unless there is some dramatic line movement ...


FUTURES are my Bread and Butter = GOAL is to invest  $14K-20K  ...LOCAL who matches 5 Dimes only requires me to put up 25% of Pending amount before season starts ....

1.  Plan on taking 14-22 GOY Lines .( THESE have been my Best investment for the last 7-8 years ......ONLY have 8 pending so far  ...Waiting for them to release the smaller conference lines ..  

2. Division and Conference winners =  Likely 85%+ done ....Most of the Larger bets are in..

3   Season win totals ...The Big ones are already pending , Maybe a couple more smaller ones at best .. 

4  National Championship  & Heisman = Only investing in some longer shots and I am pretty close to done

IN MY Opinion SMU is going to be much better on the football field this season ...Chad Morris could have left , but stayed ... So Many pieces are in place for major improvement ....Deep at key sports !!!

Last year's team might have won 4-5 games with this schedule .....

This year's team should be starving for a Bowl bid .. and could achieve that goal with a few games to spare ....

Major key will be going at least 3-2 in these 5 games

UCF
Tulane 
Like our chances with 4/5 of them at home ...

I know i mentioned it on one of your other threads, but I think there's a lot of value on Auburn to win the SEC at 8:1... Stidham was a 5 star QB for a reason, and as a true freshman he played great against Big 12 competion, in the first 7 games of the season, he went 24/28 331 yards 6 TD's 0 Int's, and in his only start before getting injured he went 23/33 for 419 yards 3 passing td's 1 rushing td and 0 int's.  After sitting out the 2016 season, Stidham went 16/20 for 267 yards in Auburns spring game, and looked incredibly sharp. 

I believe the addition of Stidham will give Auburn's passing game the biggest boost of any unit in college football.  Auburn finished last in the SEC in passing last year, and 97th in the nation.  One of their biggest issues was throwing the ball down the field, Stidham is a great deep ball thrower, he completed passes of 50, 46, 34, and 33 yards during Auburn's spring game.
 Auburn was a tough team in 2016, mostly because of their strong oline and running game, but their entire offense was really held back by their QB Sean White.  Auburn finished 1st in the SEC and 9th in the nation with 256 Rushing yards per game, but got almost nothing from their QB. Now there is a new OC in town, who has installed a lot of RPO's, now that defenses will have to respect the passing game, and the QB's ability to run the ball, this should really help balance an Auburn offense that ran the ball on 70% of their snaps last season.

alopez,   Been watching your post for a coupla years and like it.

Stidham was for sure a 5 star.  That Baylor business happened and he jumped ship. Good for him. He had a injury but unless that carries on and if he is healthy then Auburn likely has a great QB.  

Looking to play Auburn often. Good QB's cover spreads.

This is a team, however "scripted", that cannot outfox their own schedule.

They play four teams that are coming off a bye week!

The Giants went to the NFL right away, and said what gives?

..............and were promptly told to "deal with it"

STIDHAM will be the Key as you mention ....Should be a HUGE upgrade .....Currently the 7th choice in Heisman odds at 20-1

Right now 5D has Auburn +490 to win the WEST .... 23-1 TO WIN THE NC ...

These games Look like their toughest on paper 

AT CLEMSON    Might be Catching Clemson at the right time in week 2 ...Catching 5.5+ on the GOY lines 

AT MISSOURI     I am on Missouri +13 on the GOY Lines ...

AT LSU      AU is a 4.5 point dog on the GOY 

AT ARKANSAS      Sure the HOGS look down , but this might be a tough spot 

AT A&M        Coming in off the bye 

vs GEORGIA      Dawgs are my East Pick , Could this be SEC CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW 

vs ALABAMA   Should be a  a GREAT EDITION OF THE IRON BOWL

My Homer Giants friend just brought up the Brutal schedule the other day ...Said it reminds him of when the Bills played 4 squads off a bye a few years back ...Believe they lost all 4

San Diego st is Huge chalk to win their division -350 ....Dont see much value in the +140 , but they might be the Chalk in the Championship game as well ....

I see Colorado st is up to +450 ...NOT bad in my opinion , but I am not sure will have futures riding on this conference
