Sometimes you just have teams that own teams and Baylor owns Rice. There are times when you say and when you cap "this team has an extra week to prepare".....and Rice had the extra week......but how the hell do you prepare for speed, talent and a QB like RGIII??
Statistical concerns Rice: #109 offense, #105 scoring offense, #106 Rushing Defense (oh shit), #104 total defense (uh-oh), #99 in turnover margin (that will hurt). Early statistics but against Purdue and Texas (this isn't your daddy's Texas team).....this is a concern!
Baylor stats.........let's just leave that alone since one game was against Stephen F Austin....however they did put 50 on TCU.
An individuals stat Robert Griffin III is important, because 99.9% of college QB's couldn't put these numbers up against High School competion. 41 or 49 passes (F'n WOW), 8tds, 0 picks....... a fluke, not hardly....this JR QB has a career of 49 tds vs. 11 picks and 23 rushing tds.
Final Analysis: Baylor will dominate and there is no worry of not running up the score AND THIS IS WHAT I LOVE.......you have a Heisman Candidate and they will let RGIII play play play and put up as big of numbers as possible.
