Tulsa is ok to bet when they play crappy cusa teams
but when they play a decent cusa ie:rem when they play Houston last year. Houston hung 70 on them. they have no D

I don't understand at all.  Why not score as many points as possible?  When you are fighting for the top BCS position, you want to impress everyone.  Beating a far more inferior team by 2 TD's isn't exactly ass kicking.
