The line just went up a point. Tickets favor the Over but a whopping 97% of the money is on the Under. Line rose from 59.5 to 60.5 a while ago. ??? What to make of this? Figures from Action Network. Thanks.

Action Network.&#xA;Rain would explain it. Supposed to stop at gametime though, 19% chance. Storms ending at 7:00 pm.&#xA;Most likely this is a second-half live betting scenario.

consensus can be a tool not the whole story.  Most of the time (in college games) I use it to eliminate plays not make them.

No bookmaker/Vegas is giving out that information unless they're asked to comment on a specific game.

This is being driven by the line move and you can see its all been one way so far.

Nothing in the weather suggests this is why people like the under.
